If you think so, watch Live Scenes From New York's version. Look, I trry to learn these songs as close to the original as possible and I have accomplished this. If I improvise a little, that's my perogative. Keep this in mind, if I wanted it to be an exact copy, it would be. And....nothing is ruined. If it's so easy, upload your own version.

Dude, you are talking about the octoban overdubs. I chose to play what Mike usually plays live on this song. If you listen really really close to the original song, the hi-hat never stops while the octobans are being played. Mike P. has admitted to this. It's one of only a few times he has ever done any overdubs.
