@BOKU0801 No, Kenshin is obviously a male. They just have a female doing the voice of the character. Much like adult Goku from the Japanese version of Dragonball Z. Gokus voice is way too high pitched for a male to have done it.

Kenshin may be thin and have an unusually tight outfit, but the character is still male. I mean hell, look at the way the character is drawn. Chest and Abdominal muscles a very pronounced, but his female subordinates tummy is drawn smoothly, even though she is strong.
