Tenían que ser otra vez los militares criminales que se involucran en torturas y asesinatos contra campesinos que solo reclaman sus derechos.
Los torturadores asesinos de la PNP como;
el general Ricardo Benavides Ramirez
el coronel Ricardo Murillo
el capitán Marco Gonzales Santillán
y policias de la DINOES , tienen que ser castigados con el mas alto rigor de la ley,
por tribunales internacionales.
