  • This what Mega Man 7 SHOULD'VE been!!!

  • 3:06

    Guts Man DERP

  • Random spinning platform FTW

  • And the platforms didn't move because.....?

  • @ForceMaximus84 Because this is a beta version. The final build has the platform moving.

  • Respond to this video... good job man keep up teh videos

  • Hmm, what happened to the actual level?

  • 3:11 When Megaman uses his slash attack, it looks like he's bitchslapping Gutsman XD

  • What the hell is up with those platforms?

  • What? No "beepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeepbeep", no flying saucer, no Wily eyebrow schtick? LAAAAAAAAAME!

  • when 7 came out for snes took me awhile to get use to it, since all 6 megamans were 8 bit.

    this is dope.

  • Too bad it´s not a patch, but a fan game. If was a patch then it would be very interesting. Anyway, thanks for sharing this video. The game is worth playing as well.

  • wow this game looks pretty old. they need to remake this for the SNES. LOL fuck!

  • Uh. You DO realize the original Rockman7 is for SNES ?

  • Dude I hope you can tell I'm majorly fucking with you.

  • Couldn't really tell the sarcasm. And also. Can't think about that response since I get constant retarded rockman questions that are just damn annoying.

  • sounds like you get easily stressed out. From one Mega Man fan to another, though I have a question. Is there a Mega Man 7 nes game yet or is it still Rock Man 7 nes?

  • Actually. It only cause I'm in college now. That why I'm easily stressed. Normally I'm not. But anyway.... it only Rockman 7. No english port at all.

  • Someone needs to translate it to English and call it Mega Man 7

  • @mopbrothers Agreed, apparently, they want you to play the SNES version to have it in any other language

  • @Masterge77 That's too bad. Imagine if they ported this onto an actual NES cartridge. That would be amazing.

  • @blzdout not yet at least

  • where do you get the "Rocket punch" (PU)?

  • pretty awesome for an 8-bit !!!!!

  • 16 bit version of this song> 8 bit version of this song

16 bit version of the game>8 bit version of the game

im not saying its bad in 8 bit but i prefer the original

  • Well. Since it your personal opinion. You shouldn't really be flamed for this. People have their own taste of things you know. I'm just expecting that one idiot to start the trolling wagon.

  • I agree completely. IMO, 8-bit simply does not do this game justice at all. To me, the 8-bit version looks like crap. Even worse, the 8-bit version of this game butchered a lot of the music.

  • Agreed, the 8bit version is great but I prefer the 16bit version as well

  • You know, I'm fairly sure the guy who made this also made Rockman 2 Neta. Look at them, the folder layouts are the same, the executable has the same logo...

  • okay...i guess...

  • You need some freaking research.

    Megaman = US

    Rockman = Japan.

  • Megaman is stupider. They have stupid renames. Rockman was really based on music terms. Rock, Roll, Blues Forte, Beat, etc.

  • nigga shut yo doodoo ass up

  • doodoo ass. and 5 months. your a funny mother fucker aren't you.

  • Hey, atleast it isn't Knuckle Kid.... - That was one of his BETA names, his other are worse... but i forget them

  • They were actually going to call him Rainbow Man, no joke.

  • Great video!!! I really like how they made Megaman 7 into a classic 8 bit game.

  • ^.^' Oh, crap. The path-following platforms don't work?! I was actually hoping this would provide an example for such a thing (in GameMaker 7, that is).

~.~ I don't feel so bad that I can't get them to work right, now.

  • in this version no. final version it moves.

  • Oh, good. I've been formulating a pretty good idea of how to do it, though. Just need to get the objects created/defined to do so...

  • how did you find this

  • the 8 bit version of megaman 7 is great.

    8 comming soon.XD

  • Thank goodness it is. I played a demo before.

  • there's just something about the NES mega man games.. they're so much smoother and easier to control than mega man 7 or mega man 8.

  • They are.

  • Now it's time for Rockman 9 to be emulated (such an easier job!!) @@

  • Wily looks so ANGRY at the beginning there.

  • How would you feel if someone broke all of your robots?

  • Holy crap! This stage's music sounds awesome even in the 8bit format! :O

  • to me, it seems better then the snes one.

  • im lazy.

  • Hmph. I never thought about using Slash Claw on the Gutsman robot. I thought the only thing that would work on him was the Super Adaptor punch. BTW, they should have the final verison up on their website.

  • They do. I have it aleardy.

  • where might one get this game? I don't know where to get it at all. And it being in japanese would it matter? aside from obvious translation issues?

  • well thats weird cuz, when i played it the platforms where moving

  • I have the older version. You have the modern version.

  • i can stop playing it now i have it in my opinion its better than the 16 bits ver.

and maybe the platforms stopped cuz u got the rush adapt, maybe

  • nope. game was incomplete. the complete version has the platform moving.

  • that's so cool. Can you download it?

  • is this a real game??

  • yes. on the pc. isnt a rom hack.

  • hey how'd you get the platforms to stop moving?

  • idk. i didnt make this game and it stoped when i ran through the stage.

  • odd, cause when play through this stage ( i have 8-bit as well), all the platforms are moving

  • MM7 NES kicks ass! If Capcom knew it was going to be sloppy, they should've been consistent with the gameplay style and stuck with 8-bit.

The scavenger hunting that began in MM7 and MMX3 SNES got old quick.

  • how mmx3 ? unless your counting capsulps ?

  • Heart Tanks and Subtanks and 4 capsules were ok. It was the addition of extras like the ride armor parts that made it annoying. X4 did away with that only to get worse in X5. Collecting people or bolts really got on my nerves besides the X games sucking. MM didn't collect nearly half of what X had to until MM7 SNES.

  • 8-bit Bass kicks ass. :P

  • holy crap!

  • Wow this is amazing! I have to try it out. Please try Mega Man 8 now.

  • wow this song is even better in 8BIT- HOW THE FUCK?

  • cause 8 bit is the way to go.

  • word, i noticed something though, the version i have is a bit different from yours, when megaman gets a new weapon his animation is totally different from the one you have

  • idk. i havent seen a different one.

  • Okay, now THIS is awesome. It's seeing how interesting a game like MM7 can look with the 8-bit conversion makes me all the more interested in recent news.

    See, Capcom?

    8-bit Bass works just fine.

Throw him in MM9 (pretty please?).

  • Well, Capcom did a crappy job with Mega Man 7. They should have used Mega Man's soccer sprite models, which were similar to the original. OTW 8-bit Mega Man's the bomb. With this remake Mega Man 7's my favorite after Mega Man 6 not including the GB MMIV.

  • For gameboy. It ended at 5.

  • How the hell did you get the PU upgrade?! I can't find it anywhere! Not the Energy Balancer, but the item to the left of it in the start menu. I think it's the Hyper Rocket Buster (symbol PU in the start screen). Nice videos, by the way.

  • Nevermind. Found it. Turbo Man stage. :P

  • put wily stage 2 i want to see bas with his adaptor

  • ill continue this game once i finish with mmzx. i just need to do omega that all.

  • Aren't those platforms suppose to be moving?

  • this game isnt complete so for now it isnt. im just waiting till the author of this game finishes it.

  • wouldnt u think it would b easier if those platforms after the 5 jumps and before bass would move

  • Not really. I would probably do the same exact thing but a little differently if they did. However if you don't have rush jet then yes.

  • is this the final boss

  • What? No, no. Wily is the final boss.

In that infuriating disappearing capsule of his.

  • so does this game come in english

  • no. it a pc program so the person made this under their own language.

  • crap

  • It's not like the dialogue is all that gripping.

Besides, if you're played the original Rockman 7, you already know what all the weapons are anyways.

  • still doesnf matter. not 1 mm classic has their weapon in japanese however idk about mm8..

  • Got the japanese Saturn Version of MM8, the weapon names are in english.

  • Is the *-bit easier or are they just the same???

  • Easier on butten response, just harder on some parts as in no flinching for no bosses and etc. 8-bit also has some extra thing the snes version does not for example, compare both burstman and you can see the obvious differences. As for this stage, this would be impossible to get through without rush jet and if anyone doesnt know where that is located... good luck.
