No injuries technique is important. Anyhow my point is its much easier using a hex bar, other than yourself how many people do you see deadlifting with his bar Hmmm NONE.
not bad work for someone who weighs about 85kg? but bit too much rounding of the back!

of course hex bar is easier, but it's 100% more safe than the traditional lift.
