heath has been my fav since i started skating. i got most of his pro models from birdhouse. i wish i saved them instead of using them to fly up and over shit. haha im sure he will still skate but i dont think he wants the pressure of a video part. prolly doin some tom penny shit. jus kicking back and feasting on the fruits of your labor. YOUR THE MAN HEATH im naming my kid after you.

He retired because he couldn't continue to skate at the same level. He's only 28, but he refused to only skate banks and tranny like you see Koston and Gonz doing right now. Every trick in every video was always a hammer. At 1:40, that rail he tried to backlip is on the second floor of the Baton Rouge Centroplex, and there's a 35 foot drop to the ground, with a metal electrical box instead of grass. If you fall on that, you die.

He is still putting out mind boggling technical shit. And Gonz? Barely any tranny. cruising the streets in a crazy way is not tranny.

First it's gonna be Heath, and then all my other favourites who are getting to that age.

Didn't think it would really bother me, but I trust Heath's choice in anything really, so I'm happy he's going out this way.
