There is a hole in the middle of the room,use it to drop one of the gigants then you have one gigante to kill.Climb the ladder,wait fot the gigante to come over to you,when the gigante gets near you,go down the zipline,start shooting!If you want to kill him as soon as possible,use broken butterfly or killer7,if you dont have them use shotgun more ;) BTW Leon doesn't die in the end.
