Laxus Dreyar, my favorite, he has lost so much confidence and trust of his guild mates, but I hope he will come back soon, I mean what's Fairy Tail without Laxus? He is the only lightning user in the whole anime, we never saw any other. And most of all, we don't even know if he is a fake Dragon Slayer yet, it's not comfirmed even if Iwan said that since I'm sure there is a thunder Dragon , lightning is a common element in magic. So if there is a lightning DS then i'll think twice about my fact.

We didn't see the lacrima inside his body yet, and I watched the anime, actually I read the manga to be more correct, Makarov didn't say it, IT WAS IWAN, Laxus's father, to Gajeel. Like I said, he could be real, who knows? Even if they used a lacrima, the author could just fix the story with modifications, we never know. Anyway IN my opinion, he totally fits a Lightning Dragon Slayer because he masters that element pretty well.

Translation? Jellal is the original name for the character if im not mistaken? in other words Gerard is the translation and i find it anoying that when people translate japanese anime names that has "L" in them they change the L's to "R" instead :/ like wtf lol

@dendei8 If you are going by magic power then Jellal is better since Mystgun has to use special items to be able to pull of his magic when in his own world but when in Earth land he did do what he could to Laxus even thought it wasn't much, if Jellal was to go against Laxus befor he got his butt handed to him by Natsu I think Jellal's heavnly body magic would destroy Laxus.
