Man I truly believe alot more people need to watch this video then the 70 something thousand that already have. Mixed Martial Arts is my sport and these days you see more and more fighters getting caught taking steroids in a sport thats suppose to be about purely about technique and mental toughness. Well how is it mentally tough to stick a needle in your but and say your not good enough to achieve on your own? To me thats the ultimate form of quiting I think steroids are disgusting.
roid rage this word make me laugh loll only people who dosent know anything about steroid says that loll in fact well yes a LOT of pro sport player in every sport are on juice, but they try to perform at there best in the highest level in the world, they have no choice to stay in the game.If you had to take roid to feed your daughter and pay your house and keep your job..would you do it? and i bet anything that ANYBODY ont this site can smash 700 HR like Barry Bonds does, even if your on ANY juice
That's because baseball writers have nothing else to write about... If anything you should be happy it's just steroids and not Sandusky. The grass is always greener my friend.
First of all, the whole NFL is not using steroids. It's obvious that most of the athletes are genetic freaks, as evidenced by what they were even long before they could had been using steroids. Didn't you notice the announcers in the game noting that Darren Sproles was born at 10 and a half lbs even tho he's a 5'6 man? Besides, long term steroid use especially has lots of noticeable side effects, especially acne, oily skin, ect. These are not as easy to combat as some people think.
@M1thotyn what the fuck does weight at birth have to do with genetic athletic ability and weight when ur an adult? you can be a small kid and be a big adult and vice versa, different types of steroids dont cause acne, and some people arent affected at all, and the rest can use acne cream. for every one clean nfl player theres a dozen on a cycle.
@badmudda If you knew anything about genetics and human development you would know that weight at birth has everything to do with determining the size you will be at adult. If you weigh 10 lbs as a baby, you're going to be a big and stocky adult, even if you're short. But why would NFL players use steroids just to run the 40 yard dash a 10th of a second faster, since they were running 100 meters under 10 seconds before they were old enough to even benefit from steroids.
@M1thotyn theres babys born 5-6 lbs who end up being huge adults, but thats not even the point im trying to make. and i think a better question would be why WOULDNT NFL players use everything they can to run faster, get bigger?
@badmudda Why wouldn't they? But why WOULD THEY if they were already among'st the fastest and strongest people of all time? If you were 16 years old and bench pressing 400lbs at the gym, would you consider using steroids? Think about it.
@M1thotyn ya exactly when you get to the pros your amongst the fastest and strongest, which means your competing against the strongest and fastest, so in order to win you need to become???.......faster and stronger!
@badmudda No you don't. You need to just take your vitamins, say your prayers and be a true American. In any case, I think you can pretty much tell which players would be using steroids and which wouldn't. When I hear about a NFL football player running a hundred meter dash in under 10 seconds in high school, I have a hard time being convinced that he would ever, under any circumstance, be using steroids in the pro's. Same with linemen benching 500lbs at 16 years old.
@badmudda Maybe dave tate said it best, something like "If you have to use steroids in high school to get to college, then you wont make it to the NFL. If you have to use steroids in college to get to the NFL, you probably wont make it past training camp. If you can make it to the NFL on your, then maybe when you're 30 years old steroids could mean an extra 20 million dollars."
Ive been torn on the steroid debate in the NFL, at first I thought it was cheating but than after realizing no one in the entire NFL has tested positive all year and they give you 24 hr notice b4 tests. I support steroid use just like the NFL.
@SuperDrizzle7 Great point, you pointed out the MAIN reason why steroids are completely biased in the NFL. I know for a fact most of the players have used at least once in their career, even though that "once" is usually most of the season or all of the off season. So not only is it completely biased in the NFL but something very illegal is happening within the NFL..They are either not testing, covering up or straight out telling the players when they are going to get tested..Thats the bottom line
@danesters of course the nfl are doing dodgey dealings lol. If they randomly tested and kicked out all the players that tested positve, there would be no NFL, sport over. then they lose all the money. They arnt gonna let that happen now are they
@SuperDrizzle7 It wouldn't matter if they gave 24 hours notice for a test. There isn't a steroid in the world that leaves your body that fast. In fact nandrolone-deca durabolin can be detected for an entire year after you pin the last dose. Normal testosterone can be detected for 2-4 weeks. That's why they run these in cycles. It's not like real drugs (steroids are hormones) where you shoot up, feel it, then it wears off and you move on. Steroids take at least 2 weeks to even begin working.
@M1thotyn pro athletes use diuretics to remove all urine from his system, dehydrate their bodies and then inject clean urine into the bladder through a catheter. College athletes use a fake dick and synthetic urine. U underestimate people.
It's hypocritcal for a society that worships perpetual youth, cosmetic surgery, touts energy drinks and watches extreme sports to turn around and punish athletes for taking substances that may enhance performances. What are we trying to protect? Who are we trying to punish? Why? Because drugs are "bad"? Who made that s*@t up? Who got elected the ultimate moral arbiter for the rest of us?
terry bradshaw is the most overrated QB and threw to the most overrated WR in lynn swann. most make the hall of fame with 300 career catches? bradshaw threw as many TDs as INTs.
had to laugh at the average lineman being 300lbs now and 25 years ago they were 250lb...Average Lineman? pretty sure the Average American went up 50lbs since them as well
@Bjer006 Yeah humans naturally become bigger when a consistent food supply is available for a long period of time, and when those people have offspring, they are bigger, and then their children have offspring, and they are bigger. A tall mother and tall father will make a tall child, that's the case with humanity over that last century, not steroids.
Ok in my opinion steroids should be legal! I've taken many cycles and never one side effect. The dumbass's that go out there and do steroids and don't know what there doing are the ones that get hurt... When you take it right its safe and yes very effective. Just because there illegal don't mean people are just gonna automatically stop taking them. I personally know many athletes and cops who take them. Alcohol is more dangerous so is smoking
Football is a man's game and a contact sport. Baseball is okay but no where near as intense or physical. That's y if I see a baseball player on steroids its less forgivable... cause whats he gotta do swing a bat or catch a ball in a glove. He doesnt have to worry about getting a concussion from Ray Lewis, or try to outjuke 10 people. Steroid's suck and if u take it ur a pussbag. I can undertand a FOOTBALL player being on them more then a BASEBALL player. Either way though it's 4 the weak minded
An enormous percentage of athletes have taken, or do take enhancers. So many "unfans" of someone like Romo, who finally admits it, are opportunistic, making comments, often because he's smashed one of their idols (because they need idols, being on couches...keyboard warriors), or maybe all of their idols. It's even rampant in a lot of noncompetitive sports. People live & learn, but most do not come forward. Bill was a great, no matter that he wasn't another white walking mat.
In 1999, Muhammad Ali was named athlete of the century by Sports Illustrated. At his best, he was roughly 6'3" and 212 lbs. Seems pretty tame compared to today's athletes. But if a man could be one of the most dominant athletes in the world in a generation where steroid use was limited at that size, what this means is that today's athletes who are any bigger than that in solid muscle, something like 97-98% are or have been on drugs.
It's their body. I'm going to a baseball game regardless. That's their decision to trade off health for money and I know it might force others to do it just to be able to compete. But I'd love to see someone jack a 800 foot homer. maybe i'm sick. I know I wouldn't be the only one to pay to watch.
I don't really know why there is a bias. I think it's simply the fact that Football is a more rugged and brute game compared to Baseball. People wonder why would anyone need steroids in baseball (even if players insist that it improves their Batting Avg.). Fact is, most people accept steroid use in a game as rugged as Football. In my opinion, legalize them and get it over with. Players will continue to use them...
The drug has everything to do with the game, in my opinion. It's been a long time since natural athletes have played in those fields. When it all comes down to getting selected for the division or not, steroids makes a huge difference. No one who dreams of being in a professional player wants to be left out. This makes steroids appealing.
@BurtonRider121 Dude, you obviously are not paying attention to the sporting community-no offense. The only reason why many athletes get caught is because they use long acting steroids which we can usually refer to as Deca, Testosterone, Sustanon, Boldenone..etc, because these last in the body well over a year. Smart athletes use short acting steroids which are oral (though presents higher risks to liver injury). These are detectable in the body for less than a couple of weeks.
@BurtonRider121 Who takes steroids? From cyclists everywhere to baseball players, basketball players, UFC fighters, football players, hockey players...etc.....Every year we get news on some player getting busted for either using them, possessing them or intent to distribute them. I read enough on the subject to know this....the reason why others are not getting caught is due to pure LUCK or using the correct steroids. They know that before big events or right after big events, testing will come.
steroids and hgh should be allowed in the nfl to keep players healthy. Why do baseball players need them, they dont go through anything compared to nfl players
Its Stupid how they compare linemen from history to ones now because of course they're going to get bigger, why do u think world records keep getting broken ?
@vapruzcaz Really?? Because bodybuilders 20-30 years ago were much smaller. And the only answer for that is more and better steroids, insulin, hgh, IGF-1....All hormones. Of course, there has been SLIGHTLY new techniques and ideas about training and diet but nothing that would have that big of an impact on the size and physiques they are attaining now. It's all from hormone use.
@vapruzcaz And when looking back at Football I'm not talking about the 1950's or even the 60's I'm just talking about 20-30 years ago. As the same with bodybuilding and all sports when you look back only 20 years or so MOST of their ideologies are quite the same........As with the NFL. And you DEFINITELY can't blame the size of the players on new training techniques because the masters of physiques "Bodybuilders" have even used most of the same training ideologies within the last twenty years
@vapruzcaz And please don't make this an argument about steroid use because this is not what it is about. It is about the biased view on steroid use in certain sports. For instance, no one gives a shit about the NFL or if they use steroids but if someone uses in baseball they are all over them.
Its different for baseball because of the history. Baseball records are sacred so its important to fans that players now don't have an unfair advantage to the players a hundred years ago who set the records
Terry Bradshaw played when it was legal. Test n other forms of steroids were not illegal until 90's. N guys like Bradshaw were using Test n common forms of steroids. Not "The Clear". The MVP of all steriods n success 4 a lot of records being "broken".
possiblely the only sport that will take action against drug use is cycling. random tests and a 2 year ban for using on the first offense. it is this way because cyclists used to use amphetamiens, steroids, epo and where dying at record rates. i think other sports should look at what cycling has done to curtail this problem and start caring about the health of the athletes.
Roids makes you stronger and outlast competition. It has no bs sideeffect of roid rage and heart disease, it is just natural hormones injected to double normal production of testerones which keeps a user gain twice and perform longer. Just say its bad for competition and not for you. Everyman is an idealist, politics ruins future with self rightheous bs.dreamers opinion to make money
STEROIDS. No rewards, no acheivements, nothing! ENANTHATE, DIANABOL, GLYCOLYCIS, OXIDATIVE PHOSPHORYLATION, ESTROGEN BLOCKERS! Do you call these people "champs"? Most body builders use -- >> SO MANY << -- DRUGS to get into the shape and get those body they have that it actually promotes HEART ATTACKS, EARLY DEATHS and such! Most body builders die young from such extreme lifestyles! ARTIFICIAL GROWTH HORMONES, CORTISOL, ANDROGENS, EVERYTHING!
No one cares about the NFL using it because they hit people not a round ball with a bat. People pay to see big hits and people get hurt, that's why it's overlooked. The physical and mental demand on an NFL player's body is much greater than one on a MLB player's body. ESPN Top 10 Football Hits vs ESPN Top 10 Baseball Plays. That is not even a competition and who gives a shit if they do.
@scmaverick96 And the bottom line is whether it is baseball or football or whatever it is bullshit to put one person down like Barry Bonds or Mark McGuire and then cheer for someone like Jared Allen...It always confuses me.............................According to everyone else, when it comes to steroids in baseball, players are cheats but no one else is...Makes tons of sense
@danesters Heres my thoughts. Baseball steroids have one effect, you can hit the ball farther. The ball can't take steroids to be harder to hit. Football however is different. In football you are always playing against someone else so doping is less of a problem in football.
@liammaclean7 Really? Batters don't face pitchers? A pitcher on steroids or growth hormone or both can throw faster, harder, longer and also recover faster. That has a big impact on the game. Players can beat out a single which might have been an out. An outfielder might be able to catch a ball he normally couldn't have. A player could throw someone out at home which maybe they couldn't before. Baseball is not just about a ball and bat...It's against an opponent in every single way
@liammaclean7 In football, you have bigger, stronger lineman....Faster, stronger running backs...Players are getting hit harder....
All of this has no impact on the game??
There is no difference, it effects every sport the same way. You have stronger, bigger, and faster players also will the ability to recover faster then ever before.
@scmaverick96 I could care less who uses steroids. I don't care if a football player, baseball player ping pong player, or bodybuilder uses steroids....That is not what it is about, its not about that football players use steroids, its about the biased view on steroids in "CERTAIN" sports...Does not matter what sport anyone plays, who ever uses should be treated the same...People either need to complain about the use in all sports or don't complain at all
@scmaverick96 Whos care if anyone uses it f**k why cant people just leave people alone. Smoking Cigarettes kills more people a year than all drugs put together but the Goverment can make money off those so its ok.
Wtf is this video tyring to say that the NFL is the one to be blamed! This is some bullshit EVERY fucking sport uses steroids you idiots, or else you cant be at that elite level they are at!
Exactly. For gods sake sports is just entertainment. Take anabolics if you want, no one elses business. People need to stop idolizing sports icons....when that happens no one will be influenced by them.
So many athletes today are still on steroids today. Who gives a fuck. Nothing you can do about. And just recently about a month ago one of Lance Armstrongs trainers claimed that Lance was also on steroids when he won the Tour de France many times. If you think about it it is basically a requirement in the Professional Sport world. Alot of them do it. More than we no.
@TheExploit91 They would be smaller, weaker and slower without their STEROIDS and other DRUGS. No wonder the ROIDERS get furious when we bring up their STEROID CHEATING.
hey stupid fuck wrap your head around this......EVERYONE KNOWS THAT NFL PLAYERS ARE ON STEROIDS......AND GUESS WHAT? THEY DON'T GIVE A FLYING FUCK!!! you just seem like a little crybaby bitch who is sad that the NFL is more popular than baseball
@PunchYouInTheFace42 They would be smaller, weaker and slower without their STEROIDS and other DRUGS. No wonder the ROIDERS get furious when we bring up their STEROID CHEATING.
you are the BIGGEST loser ive ever seen make a video... Why would you spend all your time complaining about how baseball is scrutinized for using steroids and football isnt? Who cares.. Guess what, people in baseball right now are using steroids everyday, but youll never know until they hit the most homeruns, or complete a remarkable feat. It has nothing to do with testing or paying more attention to MLB instead of NFL... It is simply the Govt taking from everyone they wish to take from
@guitarvirtuoduder what you've just said ... is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul...
My point is actually a good point..People need to realize what is happening in sports...Which OBVIOUSLY, many people are clueless about
@danesters You just proved my point of being a loser.. Who memorizes and entire scene from Billy Madison? seriously... And i have a very rash point. There are more people in every sport doing steroids, you just dont know who they are because they havent hit 700 home runs, or ran a 2 second 40, or bench press 6 guys at the bottom of a pile in football. My point is, you will never know who is doing steroids in any sport until they do something remarkable and record breaking,
@guitarvirtuoduder First off, do you really think I memorized that whole line? Its called typing it into google and copying and pasting it...I felt it suited your comment quite well...
Anyways, I'm using baseball and nfl as an example to show the vast difference between the medias agenda. Clearly, nfl uses much more steroids then the mlb. It's not about who gets caught or not, it's about people waking the fuck up and realize what is happening in all sports.
@guitarvirtuoduder Steroids is used in every professional sport. It's not about who gets caught or not. I'm just REALLY sick and tired of people talking about steroids in baseball. I hear SOO many people saying bonds is a cheat and then they go cheer for their favorite juiced up football star and claim he isn't using, it's stupid.
It's just a wake up call to people to pull their fucking heads out of their ass because CLEARY NO ONE understands this......
@danesters I understand where you come from... The way i see it, is these people arent cheaters, because when you are using steroids, you HAVE TO work harder on the field and in the gym. You dont just take steroids and magically bulk up and hit 700 homers.. It doesnt happen that way. The people taking steroids the proper way and not abusing them are simply taking the next step to become something bigger and better than they care.. Continuing next post
@guitarvirtuoduder They would be smaller, weaker and slower without their STEROIDS and other DRUGS. No wonder the ROIDERS get furious when we bring up their STEROID CHEATING.
@danesters Peoples genes only allow them to get so big and so strong. They plateau and cant get any bigger or stronger, so unless Bonds has Nordic Viking bloodlines like i do,(just saying ;) ) he at his age has no other option if he wants to continue to get better... Realistically, in 20 years, people wont be able to remember when steroids were illegal, because when taken properly, they DO WORK PERFECTLY.
@guitarvirtuoduder They would be smaller, weaker and slower without their STEROIDS and other DRUGS. No wonder the ROIDERS get furious when we bring up their STEROID CHEATING.
@danesters McGuire, Bonds, Ramirez, Conseco, Chris Benoit and such are not the only people in sports that do steroids. But until someone else hits 700 homers, or 80 in 1 season, or kills his family then himself, you wont know who is juicin or not.
@guitarvirtuoduder They would be smaller, weaker and slower without their STEROIDS and other DRUGS. No wonder the ROIDERS get furious when we bring up their STEROID CHEATING.
@guitarvirtuoduder They would be smaller, weaker and slower without their STEROIDS and other DRUGS. No wonder the ROIDERS get furious when we bring up their STEROID CHEATING.
Unfortunately, without steroids and other illegal performance drugs...there are no professional sports in America these days. There are always people who get angry at my saying that; but those are only the ones who have been turned from the pencil necked geeks into supermen by these drugs. They owe everything to the drugs. They worship the drugs...and they are absolutely nothing without the drugs. Talk about hating the truth. Tell me how awesome you are when your kidneys give out. Pathetic. =(
what i dont get is why do baseball players need to use stereoids take bonds for example he took them and still was a fat ass i mean how hard can it be to swing a bat... if thats wat u need stereoids for then you're just a terrible athlete to begin with...
They would take it for the same reasons anyone would take steriods...It makes them stronger, bigger, faster, and allows them to recover faster from injuries and strenuous activity.
It doesn't make a person magically "More Athletic", as in be able to hit a baseball better....But it will make a hard hit ball go farther then it normally would or allow someone to run a little bit faster then normal...
@terminator734 And for your info........It has been proven that the most difficult task in sports is making contact with a 90 MPH fastball and putting it in fair....
And so you don't get me wrong DO NOT confuse DIFFICULT with what takes better hand eye coordination, talent, and athletic ability....Example, Lifting 400 lbs is very difficult and very few can do it, BUT IT DOES NOT TAKE ANY ATHLETIC SKILL!!!! BASEBALL IS ALL AROUND THE MOST DIFFICULT SPORT...ATHLETIC SKILL WISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@danesters You are a pure maggot!!! Baseball is not the most difficult sport, maybe for you as you are most likely an uncoordinated piece of crap. You can make an argument for any sport being more difficult than another. For instance; Ice Hockey, it takes a lot of athletic skill to skate around like they do, much more difficult than standing over a plate. Or Golf, it takes a lot of athletic skill to hit a ball 180 yards for a hole-in-one, much more difficult than hitting a HR.
@cpow020 Obviously you have never played baseball, you're an idiot. Please like I tell everyone, you are confusing DIFFICULTLY with ATHLETIC SKILL..Can you bench press 500 Lbs? Can the majority of people bench press 500 Lbs? The answer is no, it is very difficult and rare for someone to be able to do that. Is it hard? Yes..A very small percentage of people can do this but it takes no ATHLETIC SKILL whatsoever to lift weight, it is just difficult to do.
@cpow020 Looking at baseball on a scientific and mathematical level it actually is the most difficult sport. The chances of someone making contact with a 90 mph fast ball using a round bat is very slim. In fact, it has been proven it is the most difficult task to do in sports. For instance, people like to claim soccer is a difficult sport but are you going to tell me that hitting a baseball is easier then kicking a HUGE ball? That is ridiculous, a 5 year boy can kick a soccer ball.
@danesters just kicking a ball is different than striking a through ball when you're on the run. THAT is fucking hard. Especially to get off a good shot. I couldn't hit a MLB pitchers throw but I could probably bunt. Just like a kid can kick a ball. I understand batting is very difficult, however, it's all relevant. Certain sports are more difficult for certain people. Besides, gymnastics is the most difficult sport.
@danesters Not sure about that. Sports and difficulty are not related to math and numbers. By your view, pro wiffle ball is actually the HARDEST sport (look at sport science, watch?v=bYdR5kMzqJo), pro ping pong might be up there as well. How do you quantify fight sports? Team sports vs. individual sports (olympic events, fuck, take gymnastics, how many people can do an iron cross or flip like they do? Tour de france or 100m sprint? Steroids should be allowed in baseball IMO,homeruns are fun:)
Isn't it funny that little kids can play soccer but in baseball they have to use a tee......Why? Because its way more difficult. The kids don't have enough skill to hit a ball let alone have enough athletic skill to throw a ball in the correct direction.
Like I tell everyone who thinks baseball isn't the most difficult sport to come out and play. I'll play their sport and they can play baseball. They look like idiots EVERYTIME.
@danesters How am I the one who is confusing "difficulty" with "athletic skill"?? Read your posts, you are using the words interchangeably. Idiot! You are outrageously one-eyed when it comes to what sport requires the most skill, I mean you are obviously an avid fan of baseball and you aren't really considering any other factors that make a sport difficult. I can't believe you're basing sports difficulty on mathemetics, I have a Masters in mathemetics and not even I am that ignorant.......
@cpow020 You are correct. Huge baseball bias here, by his measurement wiffle ball is actually more difficult watch?v=bYdR5kMzqJo Personally, I think real wrestling/MMA would be very high on the difficult sport list, being an all pro quarterback as well.
..and as for your embarrassing "tee" argument, the fact that it is "difficult" to hit a ball is not the only reason. A bat of that size is quite heavy for a child and expecting them to react to a pitch and be able to hald on to the bat is a bit outrageous. Also, the game would go all day because how many 6 year olds can consistently pitch over the plate?? If you want to be like that, ten-pin bowling must have close to top athletic skill as kids often require the gutter guards to be down. IDIOT
@danesters doing a bit of research and on ESPN's (perhaps even biased towards US sports) rankings, Baseball comes in 10th. LOL. Type "most difficult sport", "sport that requires the most athletic skill", or whatever else your small mind can come up with in to google and you will see your beloved baseball does not rank as favourably as you may believe. Thats rather embarassing isn't it idiot??
@cpow020 You're the guy that thinks baseball isn't hard and if someone hit a ground ball at you you wouldn't be able to field it for your life...Probably hit you in your lip or you would jump out of the way. Looks easy until you get on the field and regardless what you or anyone thinks just catching a ground ball takes way more skill then most sports. Just imagine what its like diving for a 115 mph hard ball hit 10 feet to your left...Then you'll know what athletic means bitch
you can be a fat ass hit a home run or a base hit but you barely gona make it to 1st base or home without getting a heart attack i dont really see where the athleticism comes into play and dey do is swing three times and stand on the field for the rest of the game you dont really gota be phisically fit to do that and most mlb players arent and i'm not talking about some bullshit like golf or curling so dont mention those MLB is the only one where u dont have to be physically fit to play
@terminator734 They would be smaller, weaker and slower without their STEROIDS and other DRUGS. No wonder the ROIDERS get furious when we bring up their STEROID CHEATING.
your completely retarded, your probably some fatass sittin behind your computer screen not knowing all the hard work and hours in the gym it took to get to where they are.It takes hardwork that you wouldnt even fathem.it hurts like hell in the moment but you know that it will pay off.btw linemen arent 95% of the nfl dumbass.stop degrading people just because you failed at life
@gdlufe Actually I guess you missed the whole point of my video. It wasn't that I am against steroids, in fact I've taken steroids and I am also all for steroids.
My point here was that I am SICK AND TIRED OF HEARING ABOUT STEROIDS ONLY IN BASEBALL. The media has given baseball such a bad name for steroids when in fact every sport is RIDDLED with steroids, ESPECIALLY FOOTBALL one of AMERICA'S BIGGEST SPORTS (If not the biggest). The NFL uses more then MLB yet the media never mentions this..WHY?
@danesters you are absolutely correct. those of us who have taken steroids know the effects, and know how many athletes are taking them. we can tell just by looking at someone, who is lifting and who is lifting and juicing. there is a difference in the density and thickness. they are in basketball as well. look at ben wallace, or how michael jordan got so muscular over the years, rodman etc. it is in every pro sport, not just baseball.
@gdlufe So many people have their heads soo far up their ass they don't even know whats good for them. Really shows how naive people are.I still hear guys say Barry Bonds is a cheater and then they go on and watch their favorite juiced up football star and claim he doesn't use.
People, WAKE UP!Anyone who thinks the NFL isn't riddled with steroids is a complete idiot. People really are clueless, they laugh at the fact that a tennis player would take steroids but THEY DO!Same with Golf dumb FUCKS!
@danesters You are very correct about virtually every pro elite athlete using them. The issue with baseball in particular are the sacred statistics, such as home runs. You would find, if a pitcher threw 105mph, people would cheer that feat, if that person never got caught, Bonds, Mcquire and folk get the asterick at the fault of MLB, because they basically had no testing. Shit, in track and field, you might as well asterisk most of the world records, but since they passed the test, no asterisk
Haha I loved the video part with the skateboarder in it. Like a skateboarder is going to use steroids. He bought them from the scrabble player. Who also uses them. For his sport. Because he obviously needs them.
lol good video but you missed the point entirely, it doesn't matter how many players in the nfl are taking steroids, that doesn't change the fact that in the mlb they are too. But i agree, i believe that in the nfl there are probably a lot more players taking steroids than in baseball, and they aren't as strict it seems on nfl players than mlb players.
@Dwish305 Maybe but they aint dragging NFL players up to Congress, putting them under oath, and demanding answers to their questions. The question is why aint that happening?
@ripperduck oh i definitely agree, thats why i said that they aren't as strict on nfl players than they are on mlb players. it also looks more obvious on the physique of football players vs mlb players, nothing against baseball players but they don't look as lean or buff as football players (cuz they don't need to be.) but i think its pretty obvious that football players roid, media just turns a blind eye to it, for numerous reasons and reasons that we do not offically know.
@Dwish305 Something is going on. Clemens gave a series of ridiculous statements under oath, and keep in mind that he went to Congress prior to his testimony and talked to politicians. Now somewhere someone had to have asked him what he was going to say under oath. I can't believe that any rational person would have believed anything that guy said. Yet it was entirely Repubs that sided with him, and Dems didn't. This isn't a partisan issue. So why did it break down this way. I have my suspicions.
@ripperduck good point i guess, idk i don't have any conspiracy theories myself. I think that roids are always looked at in a bad light because it gives an edge to people, and for the most part people don't like it when they are "better" (bigger, faster, stronger) and the only reason why average people are inferior is b/c steroid users are taking something to make themselves superior. also maybe mlb records are sacred and roids are looked down upon b/c then they can't compare eras
@Dwish305 That makes sense and I don't disagree. The question for me is why would Congress investigate roids when there is so much more to investigate re:drugs, legal or not. Congress held more public testimony re: roids then they did Iraq. To me that points to something much bigger going on. Just one last point. Don't look at Clemons, look at Mcnamee, the guy who supplied him. Former LEO, kept the syringes and other evidence, etc. That's what an LEO does when he gathers evidence.
@ripperduck Probably isn't happening because THEY ALL USE! What are they going to do bring in the whole league? When I mean they all use, I mean as in once in their career....Although that is being VERY considerate.
Every player that is injured, whether it be a kicker, a quarterback, or whatever is immediately on HGH and steroids to aid in the healing process and recovery from surgery. Thats is the BOTTOMLINE! For those that don't know or disagree are just far from the truth
@YyJoBb Sorry bro hymn..Steroids aren't going to do much for you..And that "Helpo Growth Forumla" is pretty much all in your mind. HGH would be your best bet but even then you won't gain very much height..Example: Dexter jackson and ronnie rockel are short as fuck and they are taking more human growth hormone and steroids then anyone you know. You just got to deal with the cards you were dealt with..But hey, you can always get wide...and well, You never know what the future holds..Medication wise
The reason MLB players get caught is because they have such long seasons they play so long that they get tested every few months and easily get caught they know of it thats why the list of 200 people last year was release because it got outta hand... the reason NFL players dont get caught once the Season is over they can work out takes Steroids up untill 1-2 months before Training camp and preseason once its over then testing stops again. (played with MJD in HS and college and he changed)
@n2dpun Ha Ha you just messing right? An NFL player's career is based around being healthy and not only staying clear from injuries but also recovering from injuries.
Yeah your right, all those 300 LBS lineman aren't taking anything, just protein and potatoes. Give me a break, you are a complete idiot. Obviusly you are probably 10 years old and know nothing. I would put all money I own that over 95% of all players starting on the field have AT LEAST USED ONCE IN THEIR CAREER. Thats a GUARANTEE
@danesters lol once in never out, let me tell you that after your first cycle... You become a whole different person, and in a good way.
There's a logical reason for steroids still being used and thats because they work work work and with today's knowledge of steroids, side effects are really really rare.
@TomsGuns Obviously no one knows shit about it these days. I only put at least once to keep from sounding too ignorant to those that are ignorant of the truth....Even though I know that "At least once int heir career" is more like their whole career.
I am not against steroids, but I am against dumb fucks who truly believe the NFL is not riddled with steroids. The same idiots that think only the MLB uses. It cracks me up, they truly know nothing about what happens in the NFL
@danesters Where are you getting these %%%%% at????? You know shit. The fact is that in the MLB you can blatanly use steriods and get away with it. BARRY BONDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Alot people know that they use STEROIDS and they are not being arrested for it. So, that is not the reason they keep silent about STEROIDS.
The reason they don't talk about their STEROIDS is because STEROIDS make you bigger and stronger. They don't want us to know that they CHEATED by using STEROIDS.
The other reason they don't talk about STEROIDS is because some of them endorse/sale supplements. It is the STEROIDS that made them bigger and stronger, not their supplements.

@SquirtTribePride The point wasn't that it is a problem. The point is that it is bull shit for people to cheer on NFL stars who are using steroids (Which is literally almost every single player on the field) but then put down other players like Bonds. People still to this day talk shit on Bonds, yet the ENTIRE NFL is on steroids right now. I could care less who uses steroids, but if people are going to ruin someones career over it, they should at least be fair about...
@SquirtTribePride Basically, the BOTTOMLINE here is if Barry Bonds is a cheater and has had his whole career and achievements "TAINTED", then every lineman in the NFL right now is also a cheater and should also have their career ruined and "TAINTED" because of their steroid use...People need to pull their head out of their ass. For some reason they only think baseball players use steroids when 95% of every player on the field in the NFL has used at least once....
@danesters I agree, if you are going to wrongly persecute people at least spread it out a little. However this would not be successful in the media. It is much easier to chastise one group.
First they really shouldn't prohibit steroid use, they should allow responsible doctors to help with proper administration. Second they should not focus on one group. But they do, that is how life is. If you are in the group that is being focused on, well that just sucks.

@danesters So lets assume for a minute that your number 95% is even true with factual evidence, which I assume you have none, if 95% of the NFL players are on or have been on steroids doesn't that really level the playing field and make it a fair game again? So if you go and put asterisks on everyone's name, wouldn't that negate the purpose of the asterisk in the first place? If the league as a whole is doing it for an "edge", then, in essence, no one single person has an edge.
@trackstar8502 No, that wouldn't negate anything..I said at least have ONCE in their career...meaning that there could be a lot of players on the field who have taken steroids but are not on them at the moment.....That would mean the ones that are on steroids have an advantage over the players that are not on them at the moment.
And on top of that..That was my point..Everyone was on them in baseball too, they just didn't get caught on them...So it is pretty level but they only called bonds out
@danesters but it would negate it since you do keep a lot of size and strength after you discontinue use. so even though they arent on at the moment, they did enhance themselves and are at a higher level than if they never did in the first place.

obviosly whoever made this vid is a huge bonds fan, Steroids are amazing, I just dont understand why americans make such a huge deal out of them, when fda approved drugs clearly kill WAY more people then steroids, on average cigs kill over 350,000 a year, alcohol kills 75k+ a year and roids doesnt even kill 5 not even 5. birth control kills more women in a month then steroids have in over 5 years. over half the worlds countries legalize roid sales or use. Your saying that because more NFL player have "steroid looking bodies" you assume that they are juicing. When an football player lives in the weight room and runs till he pukes. Don,t get me wrong I'm sure there are a some players in the NFL that are taking or have. Baseball player don't eat as much or workout as much as a football player do. But your one of those people that doesnt have a good body and when you see athletes that have worked to get that body you cry steroids.

@Punish94 Pull your head out man...Have you ever stepped into a college level stadium and played football? I definitely know you haven't with that comment becasue you are the one with your head up your ass that knows nothing about what really goes on in college or professional football. Sorry to burst your bubble, but EVERY SINGLE starting lineman has AT LEAST TAKEN STEROIDS ONCE. Sorry, I won't be that ignorant...96% have at least taken steroids.
@danesters Actually i have played college football, and yes there were some big guys on the team but i never saw them take juice. I know they took creatine. yes the NCAA does test you and yes they do tell you when its gonna be. Let me guess you played college ball and witness lineman take steroids. I play defensive line. I never took steroids.
@Punish94 First off, I'm not talking about JUNIOR COLLEGE...And yes, ton of college starters take steroids, but mainly I am talking the pros....All the pros, the top lineman are on steroids. Majority are on them every year, but for sure they have at least taken a cycle before. People are so fucking ignorant it's ridiculous...Most weigh up near 300 lbs and without those steroids wouldn't even be able to perform half as well as they do..Well, the pros, they know whats going on.....
they try to break bones in high school you gotta be a mean mo fo to be a effective defensive football player

M1thotyn 1 month ago
@M1thotyn what the fuck does weight at birth have to do with genetic athletic ability and weight when ur an adult? you can be a small kid and be a big adult and vice versa, different types of steroids dont cause acne, and some people arent affected at all, and the rest can use acne cream. for every one clean nfl player theres a dozen on a cycle.
badmudda 1 week ago
@badmudda If you knew anything about genetics and human development you would know that weight at birth has everything to do with determining the size you will be at adult. If you weigh 10 lbs as a baby, you're going to be a big and stocky adult, even if you're short. But why would NFL players use steroids just to run the 40 yard dash a 10th of a second faster, since they were running 100 meters under 10 seconds before they were old enough to even benefit from steroids.
M1thotyn 1 week ago
@M1thotyn theres babys born 5-6 lbs who end up being huge adults, but thats not even the point im trying to make. and i think a better question would be why WOULDNT NFL players use everything they can to run faster, get bigger?
badmudda 1 week ago
@badmudda Why wouldn't they? But why WOULD THEY if they were already among'st the fastest and strongest people of all time? If you were 16 years old and bench pressing 400lbs at the gym, would you consider using steroids? Think about it.
M1thotyn 1 week ago
@M1thotyn ya exactly when you get to the pros your amongst the fastest and strongest, which means your competing against the strongest and fastest, so in order to win you need to become???.......faster and stronger!
badmudda 1 week ago
@badmudda No you don't. You need to just take your vitamins, say your prayers and be a true American. In any case, I think you can pretty much tell which players would be using steroids and which wouldn't. When I hear about a NFL football player running a hundred meter dash in under 10 seconds in high school, I have a hard time being convinced that he would ever, under any circumstance, be using steroids in the pro's. Same with linemen benching 500lbs at 16 years old.
M1thotyn 1 week ago
@badmudda Maybe dave tate said it best, something like "If you have to use steroids in high school to get to college, then you wont make it to the NFL. If you have to use steroids in college to get to the NFL, you probably wont make it past training camp. If you can make it to the NFL on your, then maybe when you're 30 years old steroids could mean an extra 20 million dollars."
M1thotyn 1 week ago
Ive been torn on the steroid debate in the NFL, at first I thought it was cheating but than after realizing no one in the entire NFL has tested positive all year and they give you 24 hr notice b4 tests. I support steroid use just like the NFL.
SuperDrizzle7 2 months ago
@SuperDrizzle7 Great point, you pointed out the MAIN reason why steroids are completely biased in the NFL. I know for a fact most of the players have used at least once in their career, even though that "once" is usually most of the season or all of the off season. So not only is it completely biased in the NFL but something very illegal is happening within the NFL..They are either not testing, covering up or straight out telling the players when they are going to get tested..Thats the bottom line
danesters 2 months ago
@danesters of course the nfl are doing dodgey dealings lol. If they randomly tested and kicked out all the players that tested positve, there would be no NFL, sport over. then they lose all the money. They arnt gonna let that happen now are they
DanReborn 2 months ago
@SuperDrizzle7 It wouldn't matter if they gave 24 hours notice for a test. There isn't a steroid in the world that leaves your body that fast. In fact nandrolone-deca durabolin can be detected for an entire year after you pin the last dose. Normal testosterone can be detected for 2-4 weeks. That's why they run these in cycles. It's not like real drugs (steroids are hormones) where you shoot up, feel it, then it wears off and you move on. Steroids take at least 2 weeks to even begin working.
M1thotyn 1 week ago

Bill was a great, no matter that he wasn't another white walking mat.
dirtywhiteboymma 3 months ago
In 1999, Muhammad Ali was named athlete of the century by Sports Illustrated. At his best, he was roughly 6'3" and 212 lbs. Seems pretty tame compared to today's athletes. But if a man could be one of the most dominant athletes in the world in a generation where steroid use was limited at that size, what this means is that today's athletes who are any bigger than that in solid muscle, something like 97-98% are or have been on drugs.
gymguy25 3 months ago

@axelbello99 its a drug. it has nothing to do with the game?
BurtonRider121 4 months ago
@BurtonRider121 What's your question?
The drug has everything to do with the game, in my opinion. It's been a long time since natural athletes have played in those fields. When it all comes down to getting selected for the division or not, steroids makes a huge difference. No one who dreams of being in a professional player wants to be left out. This makes steroids appealing.
axelbello99 4 months ago
@axelbello99 no one takes sterioid or hgh or ANYTHING anymore. they do drug tests to often, here wont be another athlete that will do it.
sterioids is ILLEGAL. not becuase of sports at all.
BurtonRider121 4 months ago
@BurtonRider121 Dude, you obviously are not paying attention to the sporting community-no offense. The only reason why many athletes get caught is because they use long acting steroids which we can usually refer to as Deca, Testosterone, Sustanon, Boldenone..etc, because these last in the body well over a year. Smart athletes use short acting steroids which are oral (though presents higher risks to liver injury). These are detectable in the body for less than a couple of weeks.
axelbello99 4 months ago
@BurtonRider121 Who takes steroids? From cyclists everywhere to baseball players, basketball players, UFC fighters, football players, hockey players...etc.....Every year we get news on some player getting busted for either using them, possessing them or intent to distribute them. I read enough on the subject to know this....the reason why others are not getting caught is due to pure LUCK or using the correct steroids. They know that before big events or right after big events, testing will come.

vapruzcaz 4 months ago
@vapruzcaz Really?? Because bodybuilders 20-30 years ago were much smaller. And the only answer for that is more and better steroids, insulin, hgh, IGF-1....All hormones. Of course, there has been SLIGHTLY new techniques and ideas about training and diet but nothing that would have that big of an impact on the size and physiques they are attaining now. It's all from hormone use.
danesters 4 months ago 5
@vapruzcaz And when looking back at Football I'm not talking about the 1950's or even the 60's I'm just talking about 20-30 years ago. As the same with bodybuilding and all sports when you look back only 20 years or so MOST of their ideologies are quite the same........As with the NFL. And you DEFINITELY can't blame the size of the players on new training techniques because the masters of physiques "Bodybuilders" have even used most of the same training ideologies within the last twenty years
danesters 4 months ago
@vapruzcaz And please don't make this an argument about steroid use because this is not what it is about. It is about the biased view on steroid use in certain sports. For instance, no one gives a shit about the NFL or if they use steroids but if someone uses in baseball they are all over them.

possiblely the only sport that will take action against drug use is cycling. random tests and a 2 year ban for using on the first offense. it is this way because cyclists used to use amphetamiens, steroids, epo and where dying at record rates. i think other sports should look at what cycling has done to curtail this problem and start caring about the health of the athletes.

@scmaverick96 And the bottom line is whether it is baseball or football or whatever it is bullshit to put one person down like Barry Bonds or Mark McGuire and then cheer for someone like Jared Allen...It always confuses me.............................According to everyone else, when it comes to steroids in baseball, players are cheats but no one else is...Makes tons of sense
danesters 6 months ago
@danesters Heres my thoughts. Baseball steroids have one effect, you can hit the ball farther. The ball can't take steroids to be harder to hit. Football however is different. In football you are always playing against someone else so doping is less of a problem in football.
liammaclean7 4 months ago
@liammaclean7 Really? Batters don't face pitchers? A pitcher on steroids or growth hormone or both can throw faster, harder, longer and also recover faster. That has a big impact on the game. Players can beat out a single which might have been an out. An outfielder might be able to catch a ball he normally couldn't have. A player could throw someone out at home which maybe they couldn't before. Baseball is not just about a ball and bat...It's against an opponent in every single way
danesters 4 months ago
@liammaclean7 In football, you have bigger, stronger lineman....Faster, stronger running backs...Players are getting hit harder....
All of this has no impact on the game??
There is no difference, it effects every sport the same way. You have stronger, bigger, and faster players also will the ability to recover faster then ever before.
It's stupid everyone only looks at baseball.

@scmaverick96 I could care less who uses steroids.

More than we no.

you are the BIGGEST loser ive ever seen make a video... It is simply the Govt taking from everyone they wish to take from
guitarvirtuoduder 9 months ago
@guitarvirtuoduder what you've just said ... is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul...
My point is actually a good point..People need to realize what is happening in sports...Which OBVIOUSLY, many people are clueless about
danesters 9 months ago
@danesters You just proved my point of being a loser.. Who memorizes and entire scene from Billy Madison? seriously... And i have a very rash point. There are more people in every sport doing steroids, you just dont know who they are because they havent hit 700 home runs, or ran a 2 second 40, or bench press 6 guys at the bottom of a pile in football. My point is, you will never know who is doing steroids in any sport until they do something remarkable and record breaking,
guitarvirtuoduder 9 months ago
@guitarvirtuoduder First off, do you really think I memorized that whole line? Its called typing it into google and copying and pasting it...I felt it suited your comment quite well...
Anyways, I'm using baseball and nfl as an example to show the vast difference between the medias agenda. Clearly, nfl uses much more steroids then the mlb. It's not about who gets caught or not, it's about people waking the fuck up and realize what is happening in all sports.
danesters 9 months ago
@guitarvirtuoduder Steroids is used in every professional sport. It's not about who gets caught or not. I'm just REALLY sick and tired of people talking about steroids in baseball. I hear SOO many people saying bonds is a cheat and then they go cheer for their favorite juiced up football star and claim he isn't using, it's stupid.
It's just a wake up call to people to pull their fucking heads out of their ass because CLEARY NO ONE understands this......
danesters 9 months ago
@danesters I understand where you come from... The way i see it, is these people arent cheaters, because when you are using steroids, you HAVE TO work harder on the field and in the gym. You dont just take steroids and magically bulk up and hit 700 homers.. It doesnt happen that way. The people taking steroids the proper way and not abusing them are simply taking the next step to become something bigger and better than they care.. Continuing next post

Pathetic. =(

what i dont get is why do baseball players need to use stereoids take bonds for example he took them and still was a fat ass i mean how hard can it be to swing a bat... if thats wat u need stereoids for then you're just a terrible athlete to begin with...
terminator734 10 months ago
They would take it for the same reasons anyone would take steriods...It makes them stronger, bigger, faster, and allows them to recover faster from injuries and strenuous activity.
It doesn't make a person magically "More Athletic", as in be able to hit a baseball better....But it will make a hard hit ball go farther then it normally would or allow someone to run a little bit faster then normal...
danesters 10 months ago
@terminator734 And for your info........It has been proven that the most difficult task in sports is making contact with a 90 MPH fastball and putting it in fair....
And so you don't get me wrong DO NOT confuse DIFFICULT with what takes better hand eye coordination, talent, and athletic ability....Example, Lifting 400 lbs is very difficult and very few can do it, BUT IT DOES NOT TAKE ANY ATHLETIC SKILL!!!! BASEBALL IS ALL AROUND THE MOST DIFFICULT SPORT...ATHLETIC SKILL WISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
danesters 10 months ago
@danesters You are a pure maggot!!! Baseball is not the most difficult sport, maybe for you as you are most likely an uncoordinated piece of crap. You can make an argument for any sport being more difficult than another. For instance; Ice Hockey, it takes a lot of athletic skill to skate around like they do, much more difficult than standing over a plate. Or Golf, it takes a lot of athletic skill to hit a ball 180 yards for a hole-in-one, much more difficult than hitting a HR.
cpow020 7 months ago
@cpow020 Obviously you have never played baseball, you're an idiot. Please like I tell everyone, you are confusing DIFFICULTLY with ATHLETIC SKILL..Can you bench press 500 Lbs? Can the majority of people bench press 500 Lbs? The answer is no, it is very difficult and rare for someone to be able to do that. Is it hard? Yes..A very small percentage of people can do this but it takes no ATHLETIC SKILL whatsoever to lift weight, it is just difficult to do.
danesters 7 months ago
@cpow020 Looking at baseball on a scientific and mathematical level it actually is the most difficult sport. The chances of someone making contact with a 90 mph fast ball using a round bat is very slim. In fact, it has been proven it is the most difficult task to do in sports. For instance, people like to claim soccer is a difficult sport but are you going to tell me that hitting a baseball is easier then kicking a HUGE ball? That is ridiculous, a 5 year boy can kick a soccer ball.
danesters 7 months ago
@danesters just kicking a ball is different than striking a through ball when you're on the run. THAT is fucking hard. Especially to get off a good shot. I couldn't hit a MLB pitchers throw but I could probably bunt. Just like a kid can kick a ball. I understand batting is very difficult, however, it's all relevant. Certain sports are more difficult for certain people. Besides, gymnastics is the most difficult sport.
jeroliver 6 months ago
@danesters Not sure about that. Sports and difficulty are not related to math and numbers. By your view, pro wiffle ball is actually the HARDEST sport (look at sport science, watch?v=bYdR5kMzqJo), pro ping pong might be up there as well. How do you quantify fight sports? Team sports vs. individual sports (olympic events, fuck, take gymnastics, how many people can do an iron cross or flip like they do? Tour de france or 100m sprint? Steroids should be allowed in baseball IMO,homeruns are fun:)
TheAngeltoDemon 6 months ago
Isn't it funny that little kids can play soccer but in baseball they have to use a tee......Why? Because its way more difficult. The kids don't have enough skill to hit a ball let alone have enough athletic skill to throw a ball in the correct direction.
Like I tell everyone who thinks baseball isn't the most difficult sport to come out and play. I'll play their sport and they can play baseball. They look like idiots EVERYTIME.
danesters 7 months ago
@danesters How am I the one who is confusing "difficulty" with "athletic skill"?? Read your posts, you are using the words interchangeably. Idiot! You are outrageously one-eyed when it comes to what sport requires the most skill, I mean you are obviously an avid fan of baseball and you aren't really considering any other factors that make a sport difficult. I can't believe you're basing sports difficulty on mathemetics, I have a Masters in mathemetics and not even I am that ignorant.......
cpow020 7 months ago
@cpow020 You are correct. Huge baseball bias here, by his measurement wiffle ball is actually more difficult watch?v=bYdR5kMzqJo Personally, I think real wrestling/MMA would be very high on the difficult sport list, being an all pro quarterback as well.
TheAngeltoDemon 6 months ago
..and as for your embarrassing "tee" argument, the fact that it is "difficult" to hit a ball is not the only reason. IDIOT
cpow020 7 months ago
@danesters doing a bit of research and on ESPN's (perhaps even biased towards US sports) rankings, Baseball comes in 10th. LOL. Type "most difficult sport", "sport that requires the most athletic skill", or whatever else your small mind can come up with in to google and you will see your beloved baseball does not rank as favourably as you may believe. Thats rather embarassing isn't it idiot??
cpow020 7 months ago
@cpow020 You're the guy that thinks baseball isn't hard and if someone hit a ground ball at you you wouldn't be able to field it for your life...Probably hit you in your lip or you would jump out of the way. Looks easy until you get on the field and regardless what you or anyone thinks just catching a ground ball takes way more skill then most sports. Just imagine what its like diving for a 115 mph hard ball hit 10 feet to your left...Then you'll know what athletic means bitch
danesters 7 months ago
you can be a fat ass hit a home run or a base hit but you barely gona make it to 1st base or home without getting a heart attack i dont really see where the athleticism comes into play and dey do is swing three times and stand on the field for the rest of the game you dont really gota be phisically fit to do that and most mlb players arent and i'm not talking about some bullshit like golf or curling so dont mention those MLB is the only one where u dont have to be physically fit to play

The NFL uses more then MLB yet the media never mentions this..WHY?
danesters 1 year ago
@danesters you are absolutely correct. those of us who have taken steroids know the effects, and know how many athletes are taking them. we can tell just by looking at someone, who is lifting and who is lifting and juicing. there is a difference in the density and thickness. they are in basketball as well. look at ben wallace, or how michael jordan got so muscular over the years, rodman etc. it is in every pro sport, not just baseball.
Commonsense11111 10 months ago
@gdlufe So many people have their heads soo far up their ass they don't even know whats good for them. Really shows how naive people are.I still hear guys say Barry Bonds is a cheater and then they go on and watch their favorite juiced up football star and claim he doesn't use.
People, WAKE UP!Anyone who thinks the NFL isn't riddled with steroids is a complete idiot. People really are clueless, they laugh at the fact that a tennis player would take steroids but THEY DO!Same with Golf dumb FUCKS!
danesters 1 year ago 3
@danesters You are very correct about virtually every pro elite athlete using them. The issue with baseball in particular are the sacred statistics, such as home runs. You would find, if a pitcher threw 105mph, people would cheer that feat, if that person never got caught, Bonds, Mcquire and folk get the asterick at the fault of MLB, because they basically had no testing. Shit, in track and field, you might as well asterisk most of the world records, but since they passed the test, no asterisk
TheAngeltoDemon 6 months ago
Haha I loved the video part with the skateboarder in it. Like a skateboarder is going to use steroids. He bought them from the scrabble player. Who also uses them. For his sport. Because he obviously needs them.
landonbb1 1 year ago
lol good video but you missed the point entirely, it doesn't matter how many players in the nfl are taking steroids, that doesn't change the fact that in the mlb they are too. But i agree, i believe that in the nfl there are probably a lot more players taking steroids than in baseball, and they aren't as strict it seems on nfl players than mlb players.
Dwish305 1 year ago
@Dwish305 Maybe but they aint dragging NFL players up to Congress, putting them under oath, and demanding answers to their questions. The question is why aint that happening?
ripperduck 1 year ago
@ripperduck oh i definitely agree, thats why i said that they aren't as strict on nfl players than they are on mlb players. it also looks more obvious on the physique of football players vs mlb players, nothing against baseball players but they don't look as lean or buff as football players (cuz they don't need to be.) but i think its pretty obvious that football players roid, media just turns a blind eye to it, for numerous reasons and reasons that we do not offically know.
Dwish305 1 year ago
@Dwish305 Something is going on. Clemens gave a series of ridiculous statements under oath, and keep in mind that he went to Congress prior to his testimony and talked to politicians. Now somewhere someone had to have asked him what he was going to say under oath. I can't believe that any rational person would have believed anything that guy said. Yet it was entirely Repubs that sided with him, and Dems didn't. This isn't a partisan issue. So why did it break down this way. I have my suspicions.
ripperduck 1 year ago
@ripperduck good point i guess, idk i don't have any conspiracy theories myself. I think that roids are always looked at in a bad light because it gives an edge to people, and for the most part people don't like it when they are "better" (bigger, faster, stronger) and the only reason why average people are inferior is b/c steroid users are taking something to make themselves superior. also maybe mlb records are sacred and roids are looked down upon b/c then they can't compare eras
Dwish305 1 year ago
@Dwish305 That makes sense and I don't disagree. The question for me is why would Congress investigate roids when there is so much more to investigate re:drugs, legal or not. Congress held more public testimony re: roids then they did Iraq. To me that points to something much bigger going on. Just one last point. Don't look at Clemons, look at Mcnamee, the guy who supplied him. Former LEO, kept the syringes and other evidence, etc. That's what an LEO does when he gathers evidence.
ripperduck 1 year ago
@ripperduck Probably isn't happening because THEY ALL USE! What are they going to do bring in the whole league? When I mean they all use, I mean as in once in their career....Although that is being VERY considerate.
Every player that is injured, whether it be a kicker, a quarterback, or whatever is immediately on HGH and steroids to aid in the healing process and recovery from surgery. Thats is the BOTTOMLINE! For those that don't know or disagree are just far from the truth

SquirtTribePride 1 year ago
I could care less who uses steroids, but if people are going to ruin someones career over it, they should at least be fair about...
danesters 1 year ago
@SquirtTribePride Basically, the BOTTOMLINE here is if Barry Bonds is a cheater and has had his whole career and achievements "TAINTED", then every lineman in the NFL right now is also a cheater and should also have their career ruined and "TAINTED" because of their steroid use...People need to pull their head out of their ass. For some reason they only think baseball players use steroids when 95% of every player on the field in the NFL has used at least once....
danesters 1 year ago

If the league as a whole is doing it for an "edge", then, in essence, no one single person has an edge.
trackstar8502 1 year ago
@trackstar8502 No, that wouldn't negate anything..I said at least have ONCE in their career...meaning that there could be a lot of players on the field who have taken steroids but are not on them at the moment.....That would mean the ones that are on steroids have an advantage over the players that are not on them at the moment.
And on top of that..That was my point..Everyone was on them in baseball too, they just didn't get caught on them...So it is pretty level but they only called bonds out
danesters 1 year ago

(drug co owns roids= legalization.
