  • hey! i have been doing sign lanuage for the past 15 years! :D you are really good! :) could you please sign 'without you by david guetta ft usher'? i was going to do it but my webcam is broken :( thanks! could you also let me know when you have put the video up? thanks! :D

  • beauiful sign lang.. I cant understand u ... can u add with subtiles? pls ... thks

  • You seem very passionate about BSL..

I am deaf and BSL was my first sign language and started speaking after 5 years old since I had my first cochlear implant...

I forgot how beautiful BSL is, and I want to go back to BSL again! Thank goodness, I know all basics and few bits and bobs! :)

Thank you for the videos, especially Katy Perry which I love listening to! :)

  • You are awsomee <3<3 good luck with your other videos xx <3

    ;)

  • Thank you for adding this,, my three year old sister is deaf, and if I am singing along to a song she always wants to know what it is, so I have to sign it, it makes it a whole lot easier if someone has already worked it out, so thanks :p

  • It's like your dancing it's so AWESOME

  • How old were you when you started learning BSL? me and my friend are learning it right now and its pretty easy so far

  • @ajleen29 I started when I was 14 :) yeah I think some people find it more natural than others, if you're quite a visually expressive person already it can be much easier to pick up. But it's a great language to have under your belt, best of luck with it!

  • @ithinkmynameismoose Thanks(: How were you able to do the signs along with the song?

  • This is amazing, I've recently taken an interest in learning BSL and am getting better and better the more I study!

  • Hey! My friend and I are doing song signing for our band, we both know basic sign language, and we learn alot of songs off of your videos. I think more people should be open to the sign community, not only does it mean you can communicate with more people, but it means you can talk behind your teacher's back! ;) Thankyou!

  • @DaydreamRepublic oh, it's not my friend, she uses someone like you, just me.

  • hi there, your videos are great, would you consider doing some more on basics of sign language aside from alphabet, i think more people should embrace sign making life more easy for deaf or hard of hearing .

  • Wow, Good Job. Are you deaf yourself or have learned British Signing by your own choice?

  • @mastercyclonious I'm partially deaf - learned BSL because I thought I was going to end up profoundly deaf but have since had ear surgery in one ear and regained hearing on that side :) I wear a hearing aid in the other ear.

  • @ithinkmynameismoose That is good. You have truly been blessed to have a surgery that allowed you to regain your hearing.

    #GodBlessYou

  • @ithinkmynameismoose what a well made video you have done! am glad that the surgery went well and you have not lost your earing. keep up the good work :)

  • @ithinkmynameismoose My fiance has a cochlear implant, we both use SEE, not so much ASL. Did you get the same surgery?

  • @steveroxursoxoff Nope, my operation was called a stapedectomy - I think cochlear implants work for a different type of hearing loss. In England, I think what you call SEE we call SSE but I agree, I also use SSE much more often than BSL, I think it's more useful for people whose primary language is English just as a back-up?

  • Aw, this was uploaded on my birthday!

You're so pretty and the sign language was sort of like a dance. Great job!

  • This is SO cool!

  • You're very pretty.

  • Amazing :) love it! xx

  • This is so great! I love what you are doing!

  • only learning bls but this looks really good compared to some others going round the net :D and to be that good when you're so young is awesome, don't ever stop!

  • Also I love your videos! They are really good. :D x

  • What did you say after you said 'this is Katy Perry, Firework' and before the song started? I didn't catch it. My signing really isn't very good... >.< x

  • @RinBerrie 'requested by Chris' :) sorry, there were subtitles but they've somehow disappeared!

  • Am deaf myself... and i think u are pretty good and most of the sign are right and some made up which we all do when sing sighning. Brilliant, keep up the good work x :)

  • that was amazing!!!!!!!!

  • hey. i deaf full. hmm it good. but you nothing got wrong bsl only bit wrong this. really nice sing and i can hear. i think about this. why not u going in the lazy song?

  • Is there a difference between British sign language and American sign language?

  • @xxbunnylover23xx They're different languages, yes :)

  • @xxbunnylover23xx I sign American and they are soo different!

  • half of your signs are wrong

  • @reg10x I'm not perfect but I'm pretty sure I haven't got half of them wrong lol. Which ones exactly?

  • @reg10x I think that's a bit harsh to be honest. Often when sing- singing it's interpretation and feeling for a feel of the song. Anything that has got people interested in BSL is a good thing. She isn't claiming to be perfect. I say it again HARSH.

  • @reg10x

There's different regional signs, So Her signs might be right where she comes from..

  • I'm learning bsl and I think that the video is great! :p

  • you're amazing! omg!

  • my friend u can talk

  • Are you deaf because you are really good at Sign Language

  • @rebecca1577 I'm partially deaf but sign language is not my first language and I'm nowhere near fluent!

  • hey, how important is emotion exactly when you're signing? I see in your videos you get quite into it, probably because of the music but when you are not signing songs do you have to lip what you're saying? x

  • @howag69 Both facial expressions and lip patterns are essential aspects of all sign language - all sign language exams include an emotive/facial expression component and a lip pattern component because it really is part of the language. I'm not just crazy! :)

  • @ithinkmynameismoose Ahh right, are you allowed to just talk and sign in that part of the exam?Or is the emotion you show when speaking not "enough" .I was thinking of taking a BSL course when I finish my gap year and go to uni :) x

  • @howag69 Sorry I don't really know what you mean - you're not allowed to talk in sign language exams, you just mouth the lip patterns. You have to use facial expressions and lip patterns throughout the exam and a percentage of your marks are based on how well you do this.

  • awesome!

  • love the shirt

  • Fantastic. Just about to sit 202 and 203. Bored stiff of CACDP naffy practice videos. Can't wait to get them finished. Keep up good work. Can we put in requests???

  • @majicall Haha aw I miss those videos! 'My dog is called Rex. I walk him on Sundays.' 'What is the dog's name?' Such a thriller :) Yeahh I do do requests but I started uni three weeks ago and really don't have the time to make any new videos unfortunately! If you do have a request let me know, I might get a few done in the holidays if I remember :)

  • Is there Any chance you could do link king can you feel the love tonight a simple version please I have to learn it for Christmas show I've learnt the chorus but am struggling on the verses I would really appreciate help thank you xx

  • I know how you feel! I have to wear hearing aids in both ears, too. Except it's not as serious, I don't think. I don't know what it's called, but what I do know is that the hairs in my ears that make you hear some sounds are flat, so I tend to miss soft sounds such as 's' 'sh' 'f' and jazz like that.

  • @CallerOfTheWild Ah that's interesting, I miss sounds like that too. All consonants really lol, especially the ones you can't lipread like 'd' and 't'! My hearing loss is to do with the stapes bones though :)

  • THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Wow - your signing has improved so much! Great stuff!

  • You're amazing! I love watching your videos (even though I can't understand sign language, I plan to learn one day!)

    You're also really beautiful :)

  • i bet you're awesome at charades

  • i don't even like this song that much, but this was very fun to watch :)

  • Really enjoyable to watch, it's great to do an upbeat song! And you look lovely hun, didn't even register your hair 'til you pointed it out, lol :P Too mesmerised by your hands and facial expressions!

  • @Amithysia Aha thanks :D

  • wow thank you for doing my request....great job, thanks :)

  • @cegoins25 No problem, hope it's okay :)

  • @ithinkmynameismoose no it's not okay....it's perfect, i love it

  • OMG! Could you please do L.O.V.E. by Jessie J i absolutely love that song so much <3

  • @pinkwall88 I've never heard that, I'll definitely look it up :)
