  • @5graffitiartist5 After a light breakfast. You shouldn't workout without eating first, it's bad for you. You don't have calories to burn and you're muscles break down much faster.

  • i work out at like 4:00 to 6:00 in the arvo because i have skool in the morning and during the day

    and most time at 12:00

    but ppl told me that too wrong and unhealthy
