To GYR888...To reply to another of your question, such love for God does not lead to 9/11 simply because (1) in 1st John, chapter 4, verse 5, it is stated "God is love". Also in Deteronomy, chapter 5, verse 17, as one of God's 10 commandments, it is commanded " Thou shall not murder". In the light of God's words mentioned above, 9/11 actually happened because of man's disobedience to God's commandments, To sermonindex, pls continue to post Zac's sermons as lives are being changed !

To GYR888..... In Deuteronomy chapter 6, verse 5 of the Bible, it is written " love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and all your strength". What Zac states in his book regarding never to be influenced by wife, children,relatives and friends ( I believe, in the matters of God) is biblical as our first love and loyalty should be for God our creator. It does not mean we do not love them but that our love for God is far more greater.

One, A Believer, A true follower of Jesus Christ is supposed follow Him and obey Him at the exclsion of EVERYONE else. No I do not agree that it would lead to steps or tradgedies like 9/11. He are not talking about Islam or "allah" He is talking about Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of Almighty God Who is One. Walking in Love, not hatred. In submission to Him not domination of others.

Zac looks like an intelligent and tolerant person. How can be possible to find in his volume "The New Covenant Servant" a sentenced like: "GOD NEEDS MEN who can never be influenced by their wife, children, relatives, friends or other believers to cool off even slightly in their devotion to Christ or their obedience to Gods commandments"?

Don't you agree that this kind of obedience will invariably lead to acts like 9/11?

Who gives him the right to use his intelligence to intoxicate minds? GOD?

I think he had in mind Jesus' statement of a person loving his own family members more than Christ.
