i got this game from Target and when i installed and started to play, it loaded, then went to the "NEW GAME", "LOAD GAME", "EXIT TO WINDOWS" part. I click "NEW GAME" and the screen went black and didn't do anything.

if you know what to do to help me, please feedback.

@Omgarrett If I remember right, vampires cannot pass water even in bat form.

Thank you very much for this upload i just bought the game, but the intro is missing, I get a blank screen through the intro, being a seasoned adventuregamer I new something was not right, even though my hubby said it was ok! cant wait to show him this :)

There is an easy solution for that black screen. All you have to do is install the DirectX from A Vampyre Story DVD.

Was probably just expecting too much then. :'3 The youtube version seems to be slightly better than the original avi on the loud parts though, which is odd. o.o

@Omgarrett Soo what was your impression after completing which most be the newest adventure game yet too be seen. I find it okay but boring sometimes. Not remotely as good as Dreamfall - The Longest Journey. It was a masterpiece which will be very hard too outdo.
