Can't say it's the ball joints... I have the same exact vehicle with the same exact noise. I replaced the control arms (built in ball joints), tie rods, stabalizer bar links and the struts and the mounts. Obviously, this is also a common sound for the ball joints, but this wasn't the case for me and I'm still trouble shooting... Steering rack maybe?
Drive it to your Honda Dealer and have it checked out immediately. This could be a serious problem if not checked soon (i.e. something could be grinding against the steering system) and it may create friction, damaging your ability to steer. I recommend taking it to your auto repair shop or Honda Dealer as soon as possible (just to be safe.)

Honda's are known for their faulty ball joints. Don't take it back to Honda, they will rip you off more. Go to a decent mechanic.
