but would you be able to read the electron sent down the lazer via third person if not then this would hide the code for you and stop your drones being taken over via third person
hay you could use that idea in your home pc via the modem just use the laser as a internet carryer and power supply .. and you could sell us power via a modem card and you could tune the power cell to each lazer light band colur ,,, and i was wondering about sending electrons as code in a laser so your avs wont get taken over if somone alse send there laser to power the av it wont do any thing wy i say that is you could read a code off the lazer with a recever,, see next comment
One slight possible flaw with sending laser beams to UAV's - isn't the main point of a UAV to be relatively unnoticed? If so, won't this giant red laser beam firing into the sky be a slight giveaway as to the location of said UAV?

@purplemonkeyelephant UAVs have many uses beyond the military. Weather monitoring, communication links, local positioning systems and many more.
