He is total package. He has quad jump, smoothy footwork, and variety positon spin.
His PCS should be higher. He does not express strong passion though, his noble and artisty is presented. I feel same thing to Kozuka and am looking forward to see both.
omg this is awesome! he looks so effortless and smooth even with a series of difficult and complicated transitions. he may be the only one who can skate like this.
Fantastic. Ease, fluidity, control. What a pity about the awful commentator's constant diatribe and annoying twang. Where can we view an uninterrupted version?
@Alvince28 Johnny weir is excellent also. But you cannot compare jeremy and Johnny. They skate completely different. They are both great in there own ways.:)
haha i looked up this video to see what song he was skating to and found out i wasn't alone (and it's a day in the life by the beatles) it says it at the beginning of the video

find us a us skater who can land a quad and europe will let you get the gold, since then dream on, cause one of plushenko, lambiel or joubert will take gold
for me, this program and this 3axel has to be right up there with Ilia Kulik's "Liebestraum" performance he did for the A & E Special from the "Art of Russian Skating"
his long spread eagle into the 3axel..just effortless !!!
and one of my favorite performances by Matt Savoie at the 2006 U.S. Nationals "the Mission"
I loved how Matt weaved all those connecting moves, as Jeremy here, in/out of the elements(jumps, spins, steps)
He's very obviously the co-favorite for the gold. beautiful jumps, beautiful entries into those jumps. and what a stylist. 2006 was a boring men's event because everyone knew plushenko would march in and win gold, and it happened exactly as predicted. 2010 is much different, much more open.
A true artist. He takes such risks with his musical choices...it's refreshing. He makes everything look so smooth and effortless. The difference between Jeremy and most skaters today is how he enters and exists his jumps. He never telegraphs anything, and there's always choreoghraphy with nuances throughout his programs. He's not just a jumper; he's also a dancer. He understands and feels the music better than 99% of the skaters out there, and that's what makes him so special.
sgjake21, the best spinner in the world is Stephane Lambiel. But Jeremy is also very, very good. His skating in SP and LP was amazing and brilliant. Certainly, he deserves a medal in Vancouvert.
I was lucky enough to be there live. He created such an energy in the building. This is my all-time favorite short program by ANYONE EVER!! He literally took my breath away! Just every little detail from his facial expressions to his hands make him
Better than Stephane Lambiel? Hardly, especially since he's even using one of Stephane's trademark spins. Lambiel is a real artiste with a genuine feel for the music and imagination in his choreography (and costumes) But agreed he spins nicely and seeing this is a pleasant surprise especially after what I saw in Vancouver. There is an ease to his movement and he's a more solid jumper than Lambiel is - here at least.
I agree wholeheartedly with all these complimentary comments - Jeremy is a great skater, and definitely deserves his second u.s. title and trip to the Olympics. Fantastic! Thanks for uploading!
great solid program! but also, i think Yuka Sato is following in the footsteps of her father by becoming an excellent coach. i've always liked her - she seems like a very lovely person too...
I love him the best among US male skaters. he has everything the Olympic champ should have. Beautiful skating, fast spins, wonderful impression, quality jumps including quad and lovable personality.
He's very graceful even for a male figure skater! My money is on him!

By far the most interesting U.S. skater in recent years. Gorgeous music, great style, beautiful choreography.
He sadly made a Kurt Browning of himself at the Olympics but, well, the World Championships are coming soon!
