Course it can! I've got an iPAQ 4150. Its pretty much the same as what you saw, but it looks cooler and is a tiny bit faster.

You need to remember that the axim x30 came out years before the ipod touch was ever introduced. If you want to compare an ipod touch to this, then factor in the dates, and you would expect much more from such a new device like the ipod touch. Full length movies, expandable memory, wifi, bluetooth, web browser, email. What the hell has apple been doing all of this time, because it seems the only new feature added is multi-touch.

Not so much actually. Their processors are similar, web browser, YouTube, music, WiFi, BlueTooth. It is quite similar once you think about it.

Processors: not similar. Yeah they have wifi and bluetooth. So does a cell phone. That doesn't make an ipod a cell phone. Once you think about it---and I mean REALLY think about it---they're way different.

They can do relatively similar things. Standard crappy cell phones have bluetooth, sometimes wifi, but can't do much with them because of their crappy little proprietary operating systems. They both have touch screens, they both have skype, music, videos, photos, internet. That windows mobile supports flash games. Does apple? NO. Most of the functionality of the Apple can only be unlocked with jailbreaking. I never had to do any hacks like that for my iPAQ h4150.

I'd sell my apple.

The iPod touch looks better, works more intuitively, and I'm betting it probably has a bigger harddrive, plus with all the hacks, the support community is a hell of a lot bigger.

Not true, Pocket IE can view all the same sites you browse today a desktop. Of course since this is Windows Mobile, you could also use other browsers such as Opera Mobile and Minimo.
