Who cares, cops kill people all the time and never end up on death row. As far as I'm concerned, anyones who shoots a cop is a fucking hero in my eyes and doesn't deserve to be locked up. I used to think, because not always we can help our primal thougts, that,sometimes, reasonable doubt was a stupid thing in some cases. That one shouldn't need irrefutable evidence when the guilt was crystal clear. With the years, and with the knowledge, I changed radically this opinion. Sparing ONE innocent man from an unwarranted death row is worth it.

I don't know if he shot him or not, but I have always found it suspicious that Mumia himself has never said he didn't. Don't just buy the hype. It may be boring, but read the actual transcripts and think for yourself.
