This is sooooooo much better than PRK or lasik. I have really bad vision in my right eye and I couldn't get PRK or lasik in that eye, so I had this done. It really isn't all that bad. I was pretty much good to go the day after. I had PRK done on my left eye, and that hurt so bad afterwards. OMG if you don't like pain, i would recommend this procedure over PRK or lasik.

HI, I did my ICL on 23 Feb and I suffered from nervous breakdown that day. But I am really GLAD that i DID it! now I am seeing everthing clearly only that my eyes are a bit dry and I can;t rub my eyes and participate in water sports for 3 months.. Go for it! :D

The "iris" is so big because drops are put in the eye to relax it. The purpose of this procedure is place a customized lens inside your eye to correct poor vision. It seems to be a better option than laser surgery for high prescriptions because there is a much lower rate of complications, and it is completely reversible. No dry eye or poor night vision either.
