@jobless4life you only need access to very basic equipment, like a pull-up bar, adjustable bench (or swiss ball) and a set of dumbbells. Make it Happen. CK.
Hey Chris, I'm really considering buying this program because I'm one of those guys who have researched everything on how to eat right and work out properly and everything, and I just don't get it. I don't know what's right for my body type. I'm about 5'8 160 pounds, I can't seem to get my abs to a six pack, I really don't have much fat on me at all, but just enough to where I can't seem a six pack, only like a 2 I need to know if this program really teaches me what to do. I want to look my best
I want to get the TSC program, but i was wondering if its right for me. I am 15 and 150 lbs and about 6 foot. I'm slim but i just have that litter layer of fat stopping my abs from showing. I am a hardcore tennis player and play 20 hours a week. I want to get leaner and build some muscle though, for the reasons someone my age would want to. Would this program be good for me and could i schedule it around 3 hours of tennis each day?
@jemmmbeyyy Im 17 nearly 18 and ive been doing squats since i was 15/16. Im now 177.8. Sqauts really dont put THATTT much pressure on your spine. Theres loads of different views on this but at a healthy lifting weight it shouldnt compress your spine that much
@TSuperChallenge Also. I have been looking up the nutritional facts for some lean proteins like chicken. Do you know of a good way to get the nutrition facts for lean proteins?
I was expecting some stupid advice like: don't eat carbs at all, stay away from candy! smth like that. However, I was surprised by your knowledge concerning nutrition, especially the balance of the three main nutrients. Too many diets recommend scrapping one, especially fats and carbs, however on the long term it influences your metabolism negatively, making u gain weight faster without changing the eatingpattern. Good vid, really motivating!
our body is just like a car, u give it regular gas it runs but not to it best performance, and if you give it premium gas it reaches it max potential so as for us you give fast food sweets we feel sluggish and disgusting and if u put in fruit brown rice lean meat your body feels good- THE HEART OF THE CHAMPION!
He likes to use this analogy - nutrition is the key, if you don't put in the key, there is no driving. Well... Am I the only one who's thinking of a better symbol? :P
are you able to do a teenages nutrition guide?? lm finding it hard to eat well when l dont buy the food and little snacks to nipple on .... and what about when your out and about at the shops and there are no healthy shops to buy food, what do u do??? please help me
Respectfully, I have to add that carbohydrates are not essential. Proteins and fats are essential. If you want to lose fat, you must keep insulin levels down. Everything else is right on the money.
@MrAlexandreJuby You should start the program immediately. You will use profile 4 of 5 and you will become bigger, faster, and stronger starting now. CK.
thanks for adding me up as a friend. Seeing your before and after videos inspires me a lot. The day i saw the video, i go to the gym and do cardio for 2 hrs.... im just 175 lbs at 5'7" feet. Im overweight by 30 lbs using height -weight ratio. My BMI is 27 and my body-fat ratio is 33. What is better for me? cardio or weights.....as starter?
@kirby0312 You are wasting lots of time doing tons of cardio. You should click the Heart of a Champion link and begin doing real training and getting proper nutrition immediately. At 5'7" you should weigh between 153-178lbs, with 5-12% bodyfat and 31" or smaller waist. You should be fit, fast and strong. Get the Heart of a Champion and start working towards your goals, trying to follow random "tips" will only waste more time. Follow the Heart of a Champion and look, feel and be your best.
@TSuperChallenge sorry but I have to step in here. Doing lots of cardio is ineffective at weight loss and improved fitness and a "waste of time"? Um .......
thanks for adding me up as a friend. Seeing your before and after videos inspires me a lot. I just tried a high protein, no carb (except vegetables), almost no fat diet to try and get ready for a wedding in two weeks. I have cheated a little. My son baked a blueberry pie so I didn't meet the diet perfectly. I walked and ran instead of doing the cardio. I took it a bit easy on the leg exercises because I got way too sore the first week.
From week 3 I will do it all perfectly: weights, cardio sessions, diet.

Hey CK.
I'm about to start the TSC next monday and at the moment I'm trowing away all junkfood from the fridge and fixing my homegym.
One question though;
As I walked to the grocery store I found it difficult to combine good meals, especially with the fruits and veggles.
There are no information about nutrition at all regarding fruits/veggles and how am I suppose to know how much to eat during my meals?
I will use profile 3 and probably 4.

I'm 19, 5'7", 175lbs and around 19% bodyfat.
I'd like to lean down to below 10% bodyfat, and add a little muscle mass in the process. A lot say it can't be done, some say it can.
What's your opinion? With a combination of resistance training, interval training cardio, and proper nutrition...can this be done?
