  • How much shit can one person need? America signed NAFTA and allowed their businesses to go to these countries and were told they were making these poor peoples lives better, seems no ones lives are better. People making cheap stuff are slaves, people working to buy the stuff are slaves.

  • @electricfemale NAFTA only counts for trade to Mexico and Canada and we have very little imports from those countries.

  • Buy your shit from Canada its the cleanest place around

  • GODD BLESS CHINA!!!!

  • in the Soviet Union, all products where made there, almost nothing was imported. No child labour or anything.

  • Make the people work max. 32 hours a week and give them all a raise, and done. the stuff here becomes more expensive but personally i'd rather pay more money for a product so that people that made it can benefit, not the stupid corporations

  • You mentioned in the video that these workers are getting paid, and what these workers are getting paid is usually higher than the average wage of that country; ergo better quality of life. Remember it took the US and EU (us "developed" nations) about 100-120 years to get rid of our sweatshops and child labor, and everything you see around today is the result of that. By boycotting these countries we are denying them the future we're living in today.

  • And I must say, I have only recently opened my eyes to how my actions impact the world around me. I'm in the process of buying a new wardrobe (donating all my Nike, Adidas, Reebok etc.), and ensuring the food I purchase is local. I am becoming active in political discussion and even though it isn't my major, studying a vast amount of history and current events to keep up to date with challenging the inhumane practices we face today. I woke up, so can you.

  • Avoiding the "red countries" altogether is a mistake. It's the company that hires the subcontractors that treats the workers so poorly, and the subcontractors pressure managers into bumping up the status quo. That's because the contractor (company here in the US) puts pressure on the subcontractor. You need to avoid the companies that are involved in these labor practices, and buy products from countries that WILL protect their workers and companies that hold a "Sweat Free Guarantee" on them.

  • I love Apple, Microsoft, Supra and GAP. I won`t stop buying their products - THE QUALITY MATTERS.

I don`t have to feel guilty that I live in Europe. I don`t have to feel guilty that I live a normal life, while thye work for 60cents/day. I am not doing anything wrong by buying stuff, those "factories" and "companies" should see it from another angle and then maybe they will realize what they do is really wrong.

  • @DeeeJayVegas

Your a very ignorant person. you know that. You can keep imagining the guilt isn't there and that's you way of escape but doing that leads to more problems and more ignorance. Your kind of idiots are the reasons we are here. If you ignore the problems you ignore the consequences too leading to more and more. And pointing the blame ain't helping either. Oh and they will never realize. To them this is a a VERY large profit margin while the rake in the millions.

  • But i like H&M ;(

  • my name is Tariq... no lie

  • To boycott these countries is wrong, however the companies should demand that their supplier factories establish basic rights for their workers and no child labour.

  • Thanks! Needed this for religion!

  • Honestly Im ready to give up anything thats just hella fucked up. were being so selfish! and for the people who dont care about these poor kids fuck you honestly that show you dont have a heart but a rock..just imagine if it was you and they were like oh well I like nike,ipad..so seriously for the cold hearted people fuck you!!!!!!

  • Like if your watching this on an iPad/iPhone.

  • The solution is not buying those trends

  • I think anti slave/forced labour comments are confusing people into thinking we want to shut down the work industries in these countries. That's not it. We want fair and humane treatment for those poor souls. That's worth protesting for right? Please don't misconstrue our protests. We just want those people to be treated like workers in the West are.

  • The world corruption map has nothing to do with child labour. Get your facts straight.

  • @Hoekstes Cheap, inhumane labor takes place in corrupt countries; do not buy a product if it is produced in a red country!

  • @7JesusChristIsLord7 I live in one of those red countries, and we don't make use of child labour. So fuck you.

  • The children are suffering and may God help them..And that same 'God' will take care of those CEO's later,(crooked evil ones), and believe me, they will pay a heavy price then!

  • THE GREEDY CEO'S are making more $ by taking our jobs abroad. The consequences are starting to show. Though they may have become richer, it was inevitable that the "profitable bucket of money" would spring a leak. Since we no longer have those jobs we can't buy anything they sell. Obama's "band-aid "will soon rupture.

  • this is sad and terrible. WE NEED TO STOP THIS!

  • Thank you for this vid. I fully support this cause and believe that together we can make a difference. We don't really need a lot of the things we buy. Do our children need so many toys? Do we need so many clothes, shoes, the latest gadgets? Buy only what is necessary 9even second hand) and use boycotting and other forms of protests to pressure retail giants and manufacturers to treat their workers fairly, or lose out. Together we can do it!

  • @1slamicLife Exactly!!

  • But I LOVE HP, Nike, Adidas, Microsoft, and Apple!

Plus, blame USA companies for taking our jobs and sending them to these people.

  • @MADDOG6400 Why do you ''love'' them?

  • @7JesusChristIsLord7 Cause they are good?

  • @7JesusChristIsLord7 Because they're quite amazingly reliably. And what other brands are there that AREN'T built by a Chinese boy with bloody hands? Basically EVERYTHING we buy comes from said people.

  • @MADDOG6400 fuck u man dont try to pretend u know anything about why there made over there and not in hear

ever woundered why theres no jobs in america and the uk and EU fucking sheep go back to sleep

  • this is bullshit, you really want to buy your goods at twice the price?

  • @Dracos1337

Unfortunately we will not care about the harsh circumstances others face due to our own selfish needs for gluttony and financial gain until it is subjected to ourselves in the final reckoning which may come sooner than most people think when this country finally collapses. By that time the conditions we will face appears to be justified. It's no wonder the entire world hates us. We are too ignorant of our own impact upon the world and/or too selfish to care.

  • @grossguys Ok, but don't for one second tell me you haven't bought foreign. Like anyone when they go to the supermarket they want cheap products, can you blame them? Considering the real evil is the fucking cooperation's that run to other countries and take our jobs with them. We can all sit behind our computers and act like we're saints, but some people actually work hard as hell for the little they have, and want to save as much as possible so they aren't living out of a cardboard box.

  • Slavery fuck yeah! U-S-A! U-S-A!

  • what dow oamn do when they are on their periods? Are they given anything for that?

  • the entire world is in slavery to the dollar...when pieces of green toilet paper have worth and control people's lives you know we are in a very very sad state but for the return of Jesus Christ.

  • @Acolon77 Jesus, as real to us as harry potter.

  • its a yes for me i will be willing to by nike and sony and other shit

  • 75 cents is better than nothing!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dumbass!! If companies stop buying from countries like China or India, we can expect to see the price of a simple dollar store toy to go from 1$ to the upward amount of 10$ and up. We buy from these countries cause it's cheap, not because we love child labor. It's evil but money is more evil.

  • @Musketeers750 If jobs are then brought here we can afford more. Plus, America was the exporter up and through to the 1970s, 50s-70s American standard of life was better than today. So don't give me that ''dumb***'' talk

  • @Musketeers750 That is 100% true, We have power over these countries, power comes in different shapes.

    MONEY is one shape

  • australia owns all you other countries like a boss !! ahaha

  • Damn youtube made it harder to send vids now

  • i hate child labour

  • We should not buy any more gadgets and change our lives to less consumer type model. Buy locally grown produce if you can, or grow your own. This monsterous machine is making us ALL slaves.

  • Hey, you know if we stop buying they get nothing? I think it is wrong but if the whole world stopped buying from them they would become unemployed and homeless. Do you really want to do that?

  • @CobbleStoneist It is better we keep our hands out of the evil cycle than feed it. Those poor will get NOWHERE without rights and freedoms, a progressive movement like early 20th century America. So you're NOT really helping them to progress, maybe barely exist. Contributing to the cause of corporatism + ''helping'' people to barely exist? I'd rather not.

  • @7JesusChristIsLord7 PS that's not to say I haven't bought my fair share of products made by cheap labor, I'm assuming this Toshiba laptop was one =/ But it is wrong and I hope to spread awareness about this, and have made efforts not to contribute to this.

  • @7JesusChristIsLord7 Does it make you feel good about yourself using the Lords name as your own?

  • @7JesusChristIsLord7 So you would rather they starve to death? Mkay. You do know that half the money that we put into needles for the little kids is wasted, because even though they might not die from some virus or disease, they could just starved to death. How are these people meant to get rights if we just let them die? So how about you get you FACTS right before you go SAYING I am doing more damage. Oh and by the way, I don't buy shoes every day, once a year maybe. So go lecture someone else.

  • What a fool are you? These cooperations are not evil. The countries who allowes children work, they are evil, like china, india. If you owned a company u would also purchase ur stuff as cheap as possible. And so would I.

  • @Plautus123 Corporations drive down the wages, trying to outdo one another so they can offer lower prices to consumers. They exploit poverty-stricken countries by offering low wages for labor. Truth be told, these people would be much worse off without employment, but be aware that corporations determine the wages, not the countries. The consumers' greed, along with the corporations' greed, is the reason why child labor exists

  • @cokebaronacn

    u are narrowminded

  • @Plautus123 Why not offer a real reply instead of a petty insult? I guess "u are narrow minded" is the best you can do.

  • Nice vid. America used to be like the video and it will again some day. It's called greed. The corporations run through one country after another, always driving wages down everywhere else simultaneously. The workers of the world should unite. Things in America get worse like other parts of the world and people will see the light better. It will happen. America is deteriorating and heavily in debt except for the wealthy/corporations.

  • if the American companys stop sending jobs to them, thats mean you took away thier only jobs thats also mean they will starve to dead? not every countries are rich as United States, some country like China, India need to do those cruel job to survive.

  • and stop buying products from those countries killed their income and starved them. boom.

  • Why cant our government make laws against American companys sending AMERICAN JOBS to countries without child slave labor laws? It would atleast force them to put a different name on products so that the world knows that they are made with child slave labor. Consumers would be able to decide if it is worth paying an extra buck to get a ball that wasnt made with child labor, Quality american brand names should be made by the high quality AMERICAN workers who made the brands popular.

  • IT's fucking stupid how kids have to do this

  • Who's gonna FW this?

    I am!

  • @abbit888 Thank You

  • CBF

  • @ThisIsYCL That is very unfortunate D= Just try?

  • We cant do anything about it but pray, its not illegal in there countries which is sad. Oh Lord i cry at things like this....

  • @MegaIloveglee boycott the companies/only buy made in usa/europe/japan....it's the only thing we can do to help =(

  • Comment removed

  • @Okkuder We should buy products that are made only in first world countries.

  • @7JesusChristIsLord7 Yep, so we have a garantee these products are not made by child under terrible conditions just like these

  • Those are mostly American corporations but oh well there's always Evil... I do feel sorry for them. Nonetheless.
