Nasheed vowed that he would lower the price of the dollar to 10 rufiya(maldivian currency) on the campaign. But it is 15 now. He vowed that he would build 10000 housing units in maldives. But still not a single one is built. He vowed that he would have a mid term election.But still there isn't any. He have gone to more than 192 islands in the maldives and told all the impossible things he can not do.

most of it is true.a tree may grow if u dont water or care it. but if u care it it will grow fastly and will be healthy.maldives is one example on this.and everyone except uneducated and people who thinks only about themselves believe this.and except its leaders pro goverment people are uneducated and are psycopaths who thinks dat maumoon is a chosen one by god

If this report is true we would still be classed as a LDC.Its true that some of the rights were not given. But thats how we have been living for years. Isnt it the responsibity of the lawenforcement to enforce laws and give punishments to criminals.. This is our nation.. mind ur own business "friends of maldives". I am not maldivian, but as I read through meterials provided by Devahi Observer, it clearly look like an orchestration.. I neither support Gayoom or I don't even know how he rules, but fear, like many third world country leaders, some sounds like a sellout.

i also want peace in my country maldives,but i dont agree with something on this report.Hassan Evan Naseem was a drug adict and he had over 30 criminal reports flied. And he wasn't a guy figthing for democarcy. Yeah!!he is pro criminal not a decoracy supporter and i dont even think he know's decomcarcy is? In 6:49min u can see 2 people why did they leave MDP? they were high ranking people of MDP!SO i think 'firends of Maldives' should be friends of maldives not a friend of MDP or DRP.
