You need to learn to use team work with your infected teammates. Im sure you have discovered that a tank is easy to extinguish when all the survivors are attacking him. Especially with no team with you, tank isnt invincible. All of valve's multiplayer games are designed for team playing. Look at Counter Strike, Team Fortress, and Day of Defeat. Same as Left 4 Dead. Keep playing, you;ll figure it out.
