I'm from Maine and skating Acadia is awesome, only problem is all four times we've made the two hour trip there, we have been kicked out within an hour! The last time we were kicked out like 20 minutes in. Really sucks they allow bikes without any problem, but padded up, helmeted longboarders still aren't allowed.

@SCruiser4 The Pintail 40 is awesome and a lot of fun for cruising and carving. But, if you want to do tricks on your longboard, check out the Apex 37! That board has pretty big nose and tail for freestyling, and it's also a great cruiser/carver. All in all a more versatile board.
