  • Ive seen people do that trail twice as fast on hard tails. Just go wide open!!!

  • u can get there from top of the world in laguna, or from laguna niguel.

  • looks scary... especially when you don't know where you are going.

  • that wasnt fast at all

  • is that that place where you have to drive up a very steep hill and then you see a high school then you park at a park and theres a small jump at the trail head i think ibeen there bfore went down with my xc bike it hurt like hell

  • Where do you go to get on this trail? Is it off the 133?

  • the local dont want me posting directions or anything that gives the trail away, I guess you can say its their precious.

  • nice, unlike the push back up :)

  • @moss1transcendant ride back up :oD (where you can) it makes the uphill feel much more like you've earned it.

  • Grew up on that hill. Looks a lot tamer now on those upper rock garden sections since the hard sandstone is all smoothed and worn down. XC bikes can make that run. And of course its slower going. It was still gnarley, sketchy and way fun Used to make that run on a stumpjumper with a manitou series 2 as a dumb 13 year old kid. Best was when I got a Foes LTS and took it down for the 1st time. Great Video! Brings back the memories. I gotta now see if you have video of direct dial and stair steps!

  • Grip it, and rip it !!!

    Huge ballz.

    RTW.

  • do the kamakazi trail in mammoth ull hit about 65 mph

  • @potheadkarl Pro's hit 65 mph. I race expert and I barely hit 57.

  • @potheadkarl record is like 87 or sum shit like that

  • wow sweet vid

    that place looks crazy steep

  • by the way, sweet video, thanks!

  • you guys should ditch the DH bikes, and lighten up with some xc or freeride bikes.. i take my xc down telonics quite often.. have at it, and save some money and weight, and helmets, and pads... cheaper, faster, and more fun :)

  • R U SERIOUS....

  • yes haha :)

it is pretty technical but i do it on my

08' specialized xc expert all the time.. lighter, and way cheaper, and i can bike up to the top rather than having to shuttle it.. shuttling is no good

  • ur an idiot man....u cannot hit telonics hard with an XC bike...

and the guy in this video is a total hack...these people are pathetically slow

  • yh the top section could have been done way faster!

u should come to the uk and do stuff like that in the wet!!
