Very impressive. To the folks giving the thumbs down this is way harder than the looks. You need to press Punch,Kick,Guard repeatedly in a fast and rhythmic way. If you do it right you have a zero recovery punch. I can personally only do about 4 or 5 of them.
The PC version was the best out of most of the conversions. The backgrounds were still 2d but the characters and the timing are quality. Still it wasn't perfect. The ps2 version, well it has most of the things intact including the timing but since they had to use emulation the graphics and textures were muddy. SHAME ON YOU SEGA! I just bought a bunch of the orginal arcade boards and play it knowing it's perfect that way.
This has to be done with some kind of pre-programed bot or something. I don't see how anyone would have the dexterity to pull this off so quick and so consistently.
it is a repeating sequence of Punch Kick with the player hitting Guard before the kick animation can start. Timed right you have a zero recovery punch. Called Senbon Nokku or just Senbon punch.
This video just highlights that once you've been hit you can not block or duck the rest of the punches and that once guarded you can be forced into remaining in blockstun.

This is the arcade version. Genesis did not have the space for this kind of data.

A bug, obviously but a hard one to replicate.

Awfull conversion ps2´s Virtua Fighter. Bah... Emulation.
At least, it´s the first time we can see Shun´ Stage in fully movement.
When i saw Shun´s Stage on Saturn, in 1995, was very disapointing. And the worst... i was already bought.
And worst? Later, y sold Saturn with Daytona USA (shit) and VF2, and later, y back to buy it.
LOL. Later i sold again.
