The CEP of this thing, at 600m, is still a bit high. Good enough for suppressing air fields and such, but not something more precise. That's the reason why the PLA hasn't mass-deployed this thing yet. If they can bring the CEP down a bit more, while still keeping it cost-effective, this would be the ultimate Taiwan-killer. Still, undoubtedly the best MLRS in the world.
This weapon system apparently is for export. Rocket artilleries are not WMD (which subject to trade restrictions). However, this weapon system can do much of what SRBMs can do.
