i actuallly played a level had to do something with batman, then got shocked, was wearing the monkey costume, then came out glowing... Just wanted to know why i was glowing O.o

When i was working on my level, i got shocked then i undo a couple times and i got that costume

I got a new method in create mode make a block of electricity and and hover over fall down but press start before you hit the block then quickly unstart it and rewind and fastforward . Takes couple tries but it's worth it this is not patched

i heard on the lbp wikia that patch not allowed previous way of doing it, but I think it also said something about a new way to do it.

heres a better wai to do it that always works even in 2010

1. create mode

2. reset costume

3. make a cardboard box and electrify it

4. pause

5. hover above box

6. drop but un-pause right when you hit the electricity

7. while being shocked undo (redo right after you undo if just undoing didnt work)

8. there u go enjoy

P.S. may take a few tries

It doesn't work anymore THAT way, as a friend of mine turned into the glowing Skeleton on a remote moon and got rewinded while dieing. I think it's worth the try.
