many ppl esp critics think american pie franchise is shallow, tasteless and awful but what they don't understand is that these films, esp AP 1-3 for me, represented a time, a moment and a memory for us. I grew up watching it, it also taught me certain morals, reminded me of certain pacts made with friends. And all these can't be measured with ratings, reviews and what not. Because if you do, then i feel sorry for you cos you missed out on these moments
