@innerbreed Great job! I'm kind of glad you didn't use the wing mech, because it wasn't quite smooth enough and would have been a pain in the arse to feather correctly. The head / neck mech are great!! It's those quick and precise movements that make it look more like an actual bird.
@bhlarg thanks for the comments. yes there would have been a few difficulty's regarding the wing mech. the original test videos were very jerky but i did manage to run the wings though a simulated sequence that was smooth and looked quite real but at the same time it would have been a pain as you say.
