@LemonPledge89 99.9% of all cats bred in captivity will never see the wild. The SSP (species survival program) which is in effect in accredited zoos breed pure specimens to conserve the species and bloodlines. Our cats that have been rescued from backyards and homes have mixed genetics, they have been cross bred and/or inbred so they are not candidates for any breeding programs. Plus we don't want to breed more animals to spend their lives in a cage we would rather use our funds to rescue cats.

All of our cats with the exception of a few like our sand cats who are available for breeding programs if needed, have mixed genetics, our tigers for example are what we call backyard tigers, they are not 100% bengal or 100% siberian they are a mix of both. Which means they would never be accepted into the species survival plan (SSP) There are more than enough zoos out there breeding and 99.9% of all cats bred in captivity will
