I have ipod touch on 1.1.5, and itunes doesnt update to 3.1.3 anymore, i downloaded custom and normal 3.1.3 firmwares but a message appears saying "the ipod file is not compatible" or something along that line, and I don't know how to update, is there ANY way to update?!

If red snow gets stuck on the "waiting to reboot" page, i reccomend you use spririt. It takes less than a minute to do and saves you a LOT of effort. Google it

Just a bit of helpful advise. If you are NOT using the USB cord that came with your Ipod and are using a no name brand one, it can make connection problems between the comp and Ipod. For the longest time I could not Sync my Ipod and found out that was why. That may also mess with it when your trying to jail break.
