@nmbr1stalkerdude No, this move is a Hyuuga specefic move only. Neji shouldn't even know it. It is only taught to head branch members but Neji taught himself because he is a genius. He had been training. There is another move...I'm not sure if its 128 palms or 132...but, yes there is a 3rd.

@akamoney1 I wouldnt say that, Shippuden is more based on Sasuke and Naruto and no body else, the old was based on everyone so you can see everyone improving, so by now I can say Neji or Rock Lee can give Naruto a ass wiping or even Sasuke. Example Rock Lee has great spead without opening any gates. Neji has a stronger chakra blow and can block any chakra with great technique.

no, the byakugan is bloodline. eight trigrams is a technique withing the gentle fist art. the art anyone can learn, assuming they can get a hyuga to teach them, but it is almost worthless without the byakugan or a freakish knowledge of the human body. side note, gentle fist is actually a korean martial art, but they dont call it that. I have been studying for four years so far.

actually, the byakugan allows them to not only see better but to increase the flow in which their chakra flows, which allows them to use such moves. normal people can only release so much chakra through their chakra networks. but as for copying, i guess you could copy it? i dont really know, but it would be completely useless since no one besides the hyuuga clan can release that much chakra through their chakra network. just my two cents.

Neji's Byakugan is one of the strongest, they says this many times, and he can see all the 361 chakra points. Sharingan can't, that's why Juuken can't be copied unless you have the byakugan.

Hakkeshou Kaiten by the way is a Neji specialty which requires the ability to emit chakra from the whole body. Probably that's something to difficult to copy or is a Hyuuga bloodline skill
