Mercury is 6 now and I had him since he was 1. So I have been working with him for 5 years. I started with Natural horseship mixed with dressage and jumping or what I call my training Integrative Horsemanship!
Hey it is Kaleigh and Jack from Back Acres!! Great video i am riding Jack bareback and with a halter! We are doing free lounge and he is AMAZING! I <3 Jack!
Wow, this is really an amazing video. Very inspiring relationship between human and animal -you can see that horse totally trusts you. Very nice work!!
Is it possible to teach an extremely desensitised horse to do this? He's lazy and doesn't respond to aids all the time... Unless he really WANTS to work... Suggestions?
It is possible to teach any horse anything if you work on the right things. I suggest Liberty work to build connection as the departure point for all other goals you may have. You will see a huge difference in how your horse relates to you.
Hi Farah, again a beautiful vid. Again, like earlier, I like the patient way you go about things!
By the way, this weekend I've put in practice some of the points from your vids. 1 st. when one of my colts did not want to be cought to have the hakima put on. I did as you with your Friesian, and it sure worked!
2 nd. I mooved my "Young Spaniard, Cherokee" only with signals, no rope, not touching, no stick; and it worked. Thats 10 points for you!! Thanks, ... Klaus
Wow! It's amazing!!
I'd like to do just like that with my horse.
That's gonna be a dream... hohoho
What kind of breed is he?
How long were you training the horse?
