It's called Limited Sight Distance or 'LSD' and the bus driver was not using due diligence when the bus entered the intersection. I hope they are charged with manslaughter even though the truck driver was clearly partly responsible as he was over the line and partly obstructing the intersection. The girl was ignorant of the dangers involved in these two lethal lapses by the bus & truck drivers. Remember: there are no accidents, just people who push their luck until it runs out. @KillenProductions God didn't have anything to do with it, she walked, probably rode her bike against the light and instead of stopping to look around the 18 wheeler she didn't. What is missing her isn't God, it's parents and communities that aren't teaching kids the basics of safety. She should of been dismounted at that busy intersection, she should of waited for the light, she should always look both ways to make sure it is clear and continue to look until she's safely across the street.
