  • I wouldn't simplify the path of text, I probably would use the shortcut key Ctrl + (plus key). It doesn't ruin any paths that way. Nice tut btw... I was just searching this to see if there was such a tutorial already and I guess there is.

  • um... I'm not really sure what you mean. Duplicating makes an identical copy of whatever is selected. This is one of the things you do all the time. I use it in this tutorial to make overlays usually. If that isn't what you wanted to know, feel free to ask again.
