Hey. It's a comedy show. We love transgendered people. Get over it. Some of our friends are trans too. And they love our show. So......yeah. Don't tell us what we shouldn't be talking about.
I wasnt meaning to say that you shouldnt, I was just saying that I wasnt sure if you were like making fun in a harmless or harmful way. I was intending that you should stop if you were making it just to make fun of them cause you didnt like or something. So dont get mad at me (please) so im sorry though. Oh I see what you mean. I should apologize for being so defensive. We've just dealt with those kind of critiicisms before. Yeah, being intentionally cruel or mean to transgendered people is never good. But that was not our intention. =)
No matter what the intentions are behind these videos, they are hurtful. I don't care if you are friends with trans people or how many trans people enjoy this show. Me, being a transperson, I am fully offended and absolutely appalled at the ignorance in these videos. I am not alone, these videos are hurtful and awful.
I see exactally where you stand with what you say, and I agree. But I also do understand that no real harm was really meant by the videos; but I do agree that they are a bit offencive and all. Thus I don't think that too much harm is being done.
I wouldn't mind seeing some continuity in story, maybe Trannyboy could continue trying to work through "her" problems, and we could see where it leads. I have a feeling it would start coming up during the "regular" shows with Shirley too, maybe have it start affecting the show.
