Is it possible for first-year students to tell older students to go and f... themselves, or are Chilean universities the last stronghold of Pinochet-style "democracy"?

y actually hit someone so i did not get "mechoneada"
when It was my turn to MECHONEAR i did not do it...I just took pictures and save some girls that were crying.
yes you can say HO F..YOURSELVE o hit someone like i did....it's not an obligation, people doesnt know that.
