You should contact your city council and see how much the land is worth, then research how much a park/playground would cost to build, then contact some nonprofit/charities to see if they want to help... then contact some companies to see if they want to throw there name and weight behind building/organizing... then run a big ol money gathering charity thing!

Then take all the cash and run to Switzerland!
