@sipapito What the hell is wrong with you? Rip off? Try paying the over-inflated price on real estate up here in Canada. Florida real estate is super cheap, on top of that this house sold for half of it's market value. Even with $50k worth of work invested this house would be well worth it. It's a beautiful neighborhood too.

The house def. had potential. However, it needed a lot of work. the amount received was more and likely appropriate for what you got, instead of the asking price. That home needed a crap load of work!!
