@animalkeeper445 my point is that if you want your cichlids to have amazing coloration than you should stock your tank with cichlids from the same region or lake. if you still have this setup and an extra tank than you could make a central american tank with your RD
hey cld some1 help me with my question pls would 2 electric jacks 1 jaguar cichlid 3 covicts 1 red devil and 1 green terror all do ok together in a 75 gallon tank pls help me or let me no if you think i should go bigger thanks
@jacksonjones402 that green terror and red devil cichlid will prob beat on the others once they outgrow them, o and also the jaguar, those 3 will grow bigger
@xsapx13 - yes it is...as long as there is plenty of hiding places for it. I recommend getting a clear tube from the pet shop so the black ghost knife can hide in it.
@animalkeeper445 i no what you meen man i got rid of my 14" male jaguar and 10" barramundi today and go two 2" red devils and 3" jack dempsey in my 55 gallon what you think and he is getting me a 3" jaguar cichlid free of charge
why did you sell those fish for a blue tongue? thats stupid i catch them in my back garden but you carnt go and catch these awsome fresh water cichlids
bad choice you can buy a big one for $30 at the pet shop and one of your cichlids are worth that much
haha...thanks...sadly i dont have them anymore...i got rid of them to get a blue tongued skink...but the eel things are south african bichirs...they are awesome fish!!
ummm...some things r expensive and some things arent...the filter for it was expensive and so was the lighting...but other than that its pretty cheap...
nice tank..Im into reptiles myself but I have been thinking about getting a cichlid tank for a long time and I want a 75 gallon..does it cost alot to maintain that thing?

easy steps to make your tank 100% more beautiful :
1- make 2 color gravel ( just add red , black and red )
2- clean the glass :)
3- re arrange your decoration

@dacichlidman101 your point?? they lived fine together. They never ever fought and some even reproduced. they were all VERY happy and VERY healthy.

@xsapx13 - yes it is...as long as there is plenty of hiding places for it. I recommend getting a clear tube from the pet shop so the black ghost knife can hide in it.
