The Congressional deligation for each servicemember (both Senitors and Congressmen) should be doing this every time someone from their state or district comes home. As a matter of fact I think it should be a rule passed by congress. I'm greatful to the President for this act, I'd like to see or read more of it...maybe we could do it next time without all the press.

Actually, Bush visited with the families privately knowing that a visit to Dover would be a media spectacle--exactly the reason why Obama decided to do it. If you want to talk about someone who is sick and souless, how about a commander in chief who STILL has not made a decision about sending more troops to Afghanistan. Either send more troops or get out of there--our soldiers are dying every day because of Obama the coward.

This war is REAL. For every one of us who dies, there are ten more who are maimed in some way. Blown off hands, arms, feet, legs. Hard to come back and fight without limbs. @forloveoffilm I don't support Obama, but he did show great respect here, but people fail to forget that Bush respected soldiers as well. He flew into Iraq during Thanksgiving, I'm not sure about which year, but he flew in, and spent an entire day with soldiers. Bush visited soldiers and servicemen more than once. Bush did do stupid things, every president will. No president will be perfect, but Bush was a great Commander in Cheif, in my opinion. Show respect for people who do their best. HOOAH!
