SWEET, this is just what I was looking for. Someone informative whom I can ask a question:
When I was 5 years old I remember playing with a friend on an empty boat trailer, standing up and hitting the back of my head on the metal, going unconscious and having to get stitches and still have a scar. I was wondering if it is >possible< that I was a NT kid before that but if that physical blow to the head could have given me Asperger's.
@TheAlexander356 btw that post was not meant to be insulting, I just read that a physical blow to the head has been speculated to sometimes give someone Asperger's.
@TheAlexander356 no its something your born with. you always had it. BUT an autistic persons brain can go through some drastic changes during the healing process. i watched a video about a girl that was in an accident and her aspergers symptoms got better im assuming that for you they got worse. (when i say "better" and "worse" im not trying to say that her aspergers went away or that all autistic symptoms are bad. im just saying that the symptom changes affected her in a positively)
jeez, this doctor portrays asperger like its some disease that makes you unable to talk to others ... of course its different, but you dont have to talk about it like its cancer or you have a tumor or something its nothing bad ...
Thats what I've been looking into also! I've been looking into alot of church history and other things, I've always been good at that, but as you know the basic things I struggle with
Well I do have aspergers but I do have a lot of problems though. U are right though on some things but I do have a really bad problem with food though. I'm scared to try any thing with color. Do you have any advice for people who have aspergers with food problems since I am seeing a doctor though but I really need help though from other people.
Thanks alot for the info.. that sounds exactly like my confusing life
