It's just called 250 Cartoon Classics. I got mine at Wal-Mart in one of those $5 dvd stands.

Originally released as a Paramount "Screen Song" in March 1950. The song heard at 1:00 is similar to the one featured two months later in the Little Audrey "Noveltoon", "Tarts and Flowers" (with similar characters featured in 'Cakeland').

@jasobres well it actually an incredibly racist song. Shortening bread was the cheapest bread available, it was basically just sugar and butter and lard. This song is supposed to be of a poor black woman who's children are dying of hunger and the only thing she has to feed them is shortening bread. Gotta love good ol fashion racism!!
