I think both N95s are fake because even when you start the phone u can see a difference:

first the screen is turning on and than the buttons but on real ones buttons are turning on first The 8GB's buttons sound very weird not like real one

the best way to spot the fake nokia is when u re turning on the mobile phone if it turns on fast that means its fake cause the fake one doesnt hav symbian system.Original one takes time to turn on cause it hav symbian system.I hope this information helped u.reply if u hav another good info how to spot fake nokia

a nokia phone is a fake if: u get some stupid bootscreen like "welcome cat" or something, u hear the whole nokia tune at startup (in originals u hear the short version), the phone doesn't accept .sis or .sisx files etc.

Just call up Nokia customer service and run the imei number with them. They'll verify the authenticity right then and there.
