  • ill just assume it was 98mph on the outside corner

  • epic.

  • GAS!!!

  • He threw 68 mph in khakis.

  • was that a strike? It appeared low and outside(to rhb).

  • he still throws faster than tim wakefield

  • Nolan Ryan did steroids. Like many pitchers. U don't put on 15 pounds of muscle and start throwing no hitters again at the apex of the steroid era over 40 and not be on shit. Ditto Schilling and Clemens. I know - such sacrilidge! Only Barry Bonds and Mark Mcquire juiced right? no pitchers.... how ignorant

  • @aitraining Fuck you. Ryan ran for an hour BEFORE he pitched and he lifted every night after every game for the last fifteen years of his career. AFTER he pitched he worked out a minimum of two hours.

Piss on you and your pussy speculations.

SOME pitchers MAY have juiced but NOT Nolan.

What did he do, strike out you AND your kid?

  • @DalonCole yeah ok.... Nolan Ryan was a roider but I guess we'll never have proof but keep thinking only Palmiero, Bonds, Macquire and the"hitters" were on stuff. How Nieve??? Randy Johnson, Clemmens and yes (oh god forbid... bow bow to the king Please....) Nolan Ryan were power pitchers in their 40's. They were all on shit buddy.

  • @DalonCole

    u mad bro?

  • Lol and how did steroids help him? He never lost velocity on his fastball throughout his career. If he did juice it didnt help him on his fastball mph.

  • @99Silverado53 The point is you SHOULD lose velocity on your fastball at 43. Nolan used enhancements/steroids IMO...but we probably will never know.

  • he still has it

  • rangers cant seem to find any other good pitchers

  • GO GIANTS

  • He may b old now but he's still a damn good pitcher and the best of all time he can still throw at least 94

  • freakin SKILL!

  • Still got cheese on it. I miss watching him play, what a gentleman badass...

  • he can still throw a no hitter!

  • THATS how Zito pitches at every start. BP the whole time

  • he balked

  • He still got it!

  • ryan no hitters= 7 zito no hitters= 0 makes a giant diffrence

  • BAHAHAHAHA somebody actually commented that Barry Zito is better than Nolan Ryan. You're fucking kidding, right? That is absolutely ABSURD. I think you've chugged down one too many, my friend. As somebody very accurately said, compared to Ryan, Zito is nothing.

  • I think Lincecum might be on his way to the Hall of Fame.

  • He is a Natural

  • @swootwan Who, Ryan? He got one with the Mets in 1969, remember?

  • stiiiiiiiiiiiiiiill got it ; )

  • if you follow baseball at all, you could never in a million years say Zito is better then Ryan. Compared to Ryan, i will say it. Compared to Nolan Ryan. Barry Zito is nothing. he doesnt even compare

  • @bingbongman001 I don't see Nolan Ryan getting paid $126,000,000

  • @swootwan he actually won one with the New York Mets in 1969

  • Barry Zito > Nolan Ryan

  • @TheDodgersAreTrash Ryan at 62 is better than Zito. At least compare a real pitcher to Nolan Ryan

  • HE'S STILL GOT IT!

  • And Bush pitches the first at game 4, remind me to skip that segment.

  • that pitch was clocked at 68 mph. very nice pitch by ryan

  • @JordanRuiz23 Only 68? Someone must've dumbed down the radar gun.

  • that was fast you could here the mitt pop

  • I'm telling you, that guy could still throw 90 mph and be on a roster somewhere.

  • LOL. Thats former catcher Jim Sundberg who caught Nolan's 80 mile an hour pitch... Sundberg actually split his pants catching that ball! You can see him grab at the back of his pants as he walks toward Nolan.

  • Dang. I had that pitch at about 80 (at least). Freakin Nolan Ryan

  • The greatest pitcher ever. if you did not see him pitch, u can't say any bad against

him so shut up, and wish you had... His touch will rub on to the Texas Rangers and they will win the world series

  • Nice pitch.

  • Nolan Ryan is beast. He's a better pitcher DEAD than I will ever be.

  • @Trippy420Hippy kudos man. . . nice comment. when nolan ryan dies. he will actually live on the island WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE.

  • I bet that if the Rangers are in a Game 7, they have his #34 ready to go just in case.

  • wow

  • RESPECT.

  • @ jreily88 thank´s for the answer, really is incredible¡¡¡¡¡ let´s go rangers go for the next ¡¡¡¡

  • Was that a strike? I think his pitch caught the catcher by surprise. He probably doesn't know any other way to throw the ball to the home plate.

  • Nolan Ryan is still the man!! I named my oldest son after him and he's 23 now!! When my son was about 5 or 6 I took him to angel stadium to see Nolan pitch in his last game there and he was 48 still throwing HEAT!!

  • maybe nolan can do 2 innings of long relief damm that was really good no foolin

  • how many miles in that pitch? may be 85? amazing¡¡¡¡¡

  • @coby1450

88 to be exact. Guess the old man's stil got it in him!

  • Nolan Ryan is amazing!!!!!
