@ManAndShawn dude its a fucking 5sfe i dont care what the fuck you do with its still a 5sfe and you couldnt afford a 3sgte mr2 so your living the wannabe dream. a 3sgte will easily do 300 at the wheels witht he right mods. good luck dumping 6k in the 5sfe to get it to 300whp.
btw a 5sfe is a great econo box motor i used to have a 96 camry with 500 000kms on it. but for tuning/sports car think again.

3" is huge for an NA car man, but it does deepen the tone. I got the best results on my 5sfe with a set of long tube OBX, to a resonator and mandrel 2.25 pipe and a chambered muffler.
I just got this header and B pipe. I am gettign a stainless magnaflow cat and greddy evo muffler and making a blitz nur style exhaust should be loud as helll when im finished.
the exhaust system from EMSPowered comes with a flex pipe section that has an input diameter of 2.5" and an output diameter of 3.0". It connects the top portion of the header directly to the muffler section. It makes the total length of the piping less than 1M
@Tuminatuh definitely has way too much drone, especially with the t-top down. what this car needs is a shorter runner ebay header, so that a resonator or high flow cat can be installed in it... that and active silencers.
1) this is the best sounding exhaust you can get for the NA MR2
2) this is the only exhaust for the NA MR2 that has measurable horsepower gains in the entire powerband. There is a measurable hp gains right from 1000rpm.
3) if a v6 or 3s-gte swap is ever done on this car down the road, the 3.0"exhaust piping is already in place.
DO NOT BUY FROM EMS. RIPPED ME OFF 500 BUCKS WORTH OF STUFF AND WONT EMAIL ME BACK! DONT BUY FROM EMS THEIR FRAUDS!

I had to weld 3" pipe to my 2.5" headers for me. I dont know how he did it. I have a glasspack on mine though. LOUD AS F$#K

@1599donnie I agree. 3" for a car with less than 150 bhp is WAY to big.
Also, the exhaust in this video has too much drone to it...IMHO.
