OSU is bigger and funded more by the state though... It's listed as Ohio's premier "State Research Institution" on the University system of Ohio website. OU has a certain old charm about it. @godzilla3h Oh, you can count on it. Truthfully, we don't really hate OU. It's one of the programs we'd rather give our $850,000 to, rather than some team out of state.
I can't completely knock any Ohio team because we all hate teams out of state, and we all want to show the powerhouse of football in The State of Ohio.

First of all Ohio state would kill all those teams.Maybe Alabama and Boise state would give osu a hard time but we would still win.Florida sucks this year and Troy smith is way better than Chris leak! @IdiotsForObamaCom we will never win a title but we won in 2002, than we were in 2 more although we got beat, and now we are #2 this year. 3 title appearances in eight years winning 1. shoot, we were 1 game away in 2003 had we not lost to Michigan that would have been 4 appearances. we are # 2 this year, by golly it looks like our chances at another title is pretty darn good.

@VictorsValiant u obviously dont know the history of coach tressel to make that statement.he thought the university could have handled it better than the ncaa.he has always been a great motivator and teacher at the school and has always shown the most sportsmanship out of any coach in the entire country.this story thats going around is being made out bigger than it really is.tressel only would have 2game suspension but he extended it to 5 games so he could have the same punishment of his players

If I shot you in the head and killed you would your family mind if my family held the court proceedings in my house and my family was the judge and jury. as a head coach of a D-1 program Tressel is bound to contact the NCAA no matter what.....in the end he lied and that is a fact. No matter what you say, it will not change the fact that he lied and hide information from the NCAA.

why dont you look at our schedule before you open your mouth. We just got finished playing #12 Miami and we have 4 more ranked teams on the schedule to play, two on the road in some of the most hostile stadiums in the country. We cant schedule ranked teams every weekend. No team does. And we also have a monetary deal with the MAC to play one of their teams every year, that team in turn gets an 850K check and a chance to play one of the most talented teams in the nation.

OH CRY ME A RIVER. in the SEC Ohio State would be 8-4 at best. Try playing Tennesee, Florida, South Carolina, LSU, Auburn and Arkansas back to back before you get a break against Vanderbilt, or an ACC team like Fla State, then going in to Alabama and then the SEC championship. Get a life.lol.
