My mood dictates how I interact with strangers met....some days I just want to be invisible and unsociable and other days I will happily chat away to random people at bus stops and in the village, and actually feel a lot better for the latter! :)
@Barneynaga I got past the crap printer thing years ago and lashed out a little more and bought a HP B&W lazar printer, scanner, fax. I don't miss ink colour as I can get an affordable better job done outsourced anyway.
I get several years from a cartridge and crispy sharp letters. It is disgusting the amount of cheap dysfunctional crap you see on the roadside these days. I occasionally launch from my veranda and let them free. later I find little plastic buttons in my garden. Ha!

I noticed in another vid a large log was being slabbed for timber or seat maybe?.
I'm lucky enough to not be time stressed so I take the time to be pleasantly distracted but so many old acquaintances I haven't seen for 5+ years are rush rush, I'm in a hurry. I say 'OK I will see you on Tralfalfadore then'. They part with perplexed face.

I got fried today, bloody nice day though! I moaned yesterday about cycling everywhere, but what I didn't say was I'm getting into it, there's so much people miss by driving around, focused on getting to where they want to be. A nod and a smile from a fellow cyclist, cycling in the opposite direction whilst we both have a tail of impatient drivers behind us can make all the difference.
