I cant believe all this ARMY BS. Some of the Army is a little tough, but honestly, most of their soliders are pretty lame. This video surley portrays a SgtMaj in the Marine Corps. If a SgtMaj does act like this in the Army is cause he is trying to a hard ass.....

@SFCPointer Agreed. As an officer, we have been briefed on how to get rid of bad NCOs (bad officers is another story). It's not easy, but with the Army currently over strength, they're starting to crack down on this type of behavior.
@TransDerwinOverdrive I gave up on the army. After being in for 4 years, and getting a article 15 the month i ETSed for not getting a haircut a year prior to that.... I think most everybody in the army is retarded.
@ericmck2000 In like manner, I gave up on the Air Force. My commander denying me reenlistment was the last straw; there was nothing else I could do. Afterward I gave up every attempt on career advancement and only maintained the minimum standards(PT, Dress and Appearance, Customs and Courtesies, etc).
Getting an Art 15 for a haircut? Wow, and all this time I dodged the Art 15 bullet once or twice, got real close to getting one.
@TransDerwinOverdrive not really the armys gotten so gay that the 2% of good nco's has dropped below .05% im just hoping my new mos treats me better than the 11b i fucking hate my life because of these retarded ass holes
@SFCPointer dude if you only fucking knew i did 4 years and got my honorable discharge and honostly nothing against the nco core but 98% of you guys have your head farther up your ass then the joes did being an nco basically means i can do stupid shit and just get away with it thats all you really get once u reach an nco , there is however that 2% that kicks ass and actually cares
